I think I agree with you on this…the difference in the pose is that the one on the actual cover he is looking up more hence the difference in the nose. In most of the other pics his head is tilted down a little more…that sort of thing can make a bigger difference in how someone looks in a picture that most people think.
In the first poster Dylan is tinted purple. In the second poster Dylan has guyliner eyes. The first portion of Baelfire’s story involves his desire to change his dad with a plan to use magic to take him to a place that does not have magic (in the show we see magic coming to Storybrooke as purple smoke). It looks like the next phase of Baelfire’s life is going to be aboard Hook’s pirate ship…thus the guyliner eyes in the second poster. Could be a coincidence…but it fits. Time will tell. (I’ve been off this site for months but just had to return to see what was being discussed for the season finale.)
