Is the grass always greener on the other side? Emma Swan is about to find out in Sunday’s winter finale of Once Upon a Time.
The Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) uses Aladdin’s lamp to get Emma (Jennifer Morrison) to wish she’d never become the Saviour. As creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis tells Yahoo TV, it’s Emma’s opportunity to see what her life would’ve been like if she’d made a different choice.
The midseason finale is going to be a doozy, as Emma’s vision of her death is fully revealed and she learns who the killer under the hood is.
Horowitz and Kitsis give us the scoop on the coming showdown between the Evil Queen and Regina, a trip to Agrabah, and the return of some familiar faces.

everyone already knows who is inside the hood, they spoiled it while filming, and fans present on set posted pics, and is not RH.
"I offended you with my opinion? Ha, you should hear the ones I keep to myself".
December 3, 2016 at 4:26 am #331154RainbowParticipantAlso, they said in the past that they brought RH bc fans asked, now they are saying they never listen to fans and RH being back has nothing to do with fans asking, they really need to read past interviews to see what they said before giving more interviews.
beting that Aladdin storyline will have the same end that Cora on s2, will end around 615/616 and then the storyline on RB baby , Rumple and his mother wil start, meaning maybe s7 will have as villain the black fairy???

I don’t think Adam and Eddy directly said this themselves. It was Sean saying that he was told that they brought back him back in response to fan demand.
And no, I don’t think the Aladdin storyline will end around 615/616, because Karen David hasn’t been filming since around 610 and won’t return to film more until 615 in January. Unless they wrap up the Aladdin storyline within only one to two episodes in the second half of the Season.

Eddy said something they knew people wanted RH bc of 3000 tweets a day, that was mentioned a lot by the fandom, so Adam may have not said it, but eddy did.
Taking in consideration Cora storyline, Camelot/dark Swan and this season with Hyde and Jekyll and even land of Untold stories, they can totally rush storylines to start new ones, if their new thing is Rumple/Blackfairy/Blue Fairy/ Gideon and Emma savior( Gideon and Emma storyline appear to be connected), i totally see them using like in 1 or 2 episodes to rush Aladdin story with a portal to send him and jasmine to agrabah, especially since 615 will be written by A&E.

I’m wondering more and more if their plan is to “flood” the show with new ideas and concepts so that they are actually moving between things more and adding levels of intrigue back in. Obviously in season one the world was very small and the storytelling potential was amazing as they could go in any direction, build the world any way they want etc. Now it feels like they have exhausted a lot of avenues and I wonder if they are just sort of opening up the flood gates and putting things to the side so that they can move around in a “bigger” world and pull in storylines without having to spend every week setting new stuff up.
