October 2, 2013 at 12:34 am #213471WickedRegalParticipantThe perfect ending for Once Upon A Time would be for us to get a sequel or movie called Twice Upon A Time. Just kidding.
But the real happy ending would go as follows:
1. Regina and Robin Hood are happily married, and have a kid. (Regal Arrow Endgame)
2. Emma reunites with Neal. (Swanfire Endgame)
3. Emma and Neal move into the mansion with Regina and Robin Hood, that way Henry can have both sets of his parents. (Come on, we all know Regina’s five bedroom, three bath house is enough for them)
4. The EF is completely destroyed by a darker force(I agree Chernabog), but those who survived the curse are brought to Storybrooke beforehand.
5. David and Snow buy themselves a nice cottage home across the street from Regina and Robin, and the Charming Couple have a baby boy.
6. Rumple, sacrifices his dark powers to save either Belle or Neal, and dies a noble man. BUT Belle kisses him with TLK, thus bringing him back completely whole so he can walk without that cane! Captain Hook and Tinkerbell get together, and sail the worlds occasionally dropping into Storybrooke every week for about four days.
7. Regina and Snow to repair their mother-daughter relationship. Hopefully Snow will call Regina mom someday, and David can jokingly call Regina his “mother-in-law” while Emma calls her Grams. (She’s the family stone! Her and Rumple that is!)
8. Henry will hopefully be around 18 at this point, and is getting married to a girl his family approves of. Maybe someone who once was misunderstood and bad, but he turned her good.
9. For our gang to defeat the number one evil Chernabog, and live in Storybrooke which becomes a gateway between worlds.
10. For The CharmMillsStilskins to all live happily ever after.
11. Series Finale: “Ever Happy”: The characters all prepare for Henry’s wedding.

October 2, 2013 at 2:41 am #213482PheeParticipantWe MUST get the Thanksgiving dinner at some point! And YES to everyone getting their happily ever after!
I think everyone will end up back in FTL, but they’ll be able to take the conveniences and knowledge of our world back with them. They’ll use that to rebuild FTL, and it’ll end up being the best of both worlds.
The only couple I have really specific endgame headcanon for is SwanFire. Agreed with previous comments about them being married on the deck of the JR, with Hook performing the ceremony, (neither of SF are churchy types, Captains can marry people, and he’ll be Emma’s BFF and will have built a close relationship with Neal as well, so it’s his honour to marry them).
Back in FTL, they live in a big house, named Tallahassee. It’s near a beach, even though the real Tallahassee isn’t, but Emma asked if it was, and Neal said everything in Florida is near a beach, so their Tallahassee house must be near the beach. It will be across the water from Snowing’s castle, so Emma will always be within sight of the parents she spent her whole life longing for.
The Tallahassee house will serve as a foster home for every orphaned/abandoned child in FTL, and so Emma and Neal, who both grew up alone, will ensure that no other child from their world ever suffers that same fate. They both always longed for a loving family, and will end up with the biggest, most loving family ever.
Hook – actually Killian, because in my headcanon he’s gonna get his hand back at some point, so will have to stop calling himself Hook – will be off, sailing around the realms with Ariel, who is finally getting to live out her wanderlust by discovering everything, everywhere. Whenever they make port in the EF, they stop by Tallahassee and all the kids gather around for story time with Uncle Killian, and he tells wonderful tales of his adventures on the high seas.
I also see Rumbelle married with a baby on the way. Snowing will have another child, but that will be before the show ends, (we need to see the angst of Emma dealing with seeing her sibling get to grow up with their parents).

Thats the best way I’ve heard Emma’s relationship with Hook explained. 😀 I agree fully with this.

October 2, 2013 at 12:13 pm #213516Sarah_TNParticipantMy endgame would be that:
* As for Storybrooke’s people, some have decided to stay in Storybrooke, and others have decided they like the modern world better. Too many people will miss their i-phones, internet, running water, grocery stores, toilets, air-conditioned homes, and the other ways of living that remind them they are being given a choice of being 3rd world, or staying where who knows adventure may take them. Some decide to “boldly go”, and stay put to see where life takes them. People can come and go from Storybrooke as they please. These people are not prisoners, and they are free to roam. Magic is now something to be found on the inside of their heart, and not in any charms, devices, etc. It is with this magic they can also travel between FTL and our world as they please (Remember the magic compass? Well, now that compass is inside of them. Sadly for all this to happen, it means a sacrifice of the Blue Fairy, whose power carries on within them, in that way). Since all evidence of magic has been removed from Storybrooke, the people know if they told anybody who they are, nobody would believe them, and would think they are crazy, so some people stay in Storybrooke, and others move out into the world to go and explore; to “boldly go”. This also opens the door to outsiders who don’t notice SB wasn’t there before, and slowly, people begin to relocate to the area.
* Charming and Snow are Storybrooke’s new leaders. They are also SB’s new welcome wagon for newcomers. Charming is the sheriff, and Snow is the mayor. The dwarves are firefighters, and David has a compliment of deputies working under him. One of which, is Cinderella’s prince Charming (been too long since we’ve seen them).
* The Evil queen and Rumplestiltskin: Rumple has paid his dues, and repented. The Evil Queen has done the same. As to what that means for their futures, I don’t know. I don’t want them to go out as loosers, though. I want for their endings to have purpose, meaning, and influence on the rest of the story. These are great characters, and their importance needs to be done the justice their foundations support.
* Belle: Belle and Archie both have really good hearts. I think they’d be a great couple. Rumple would be missed, yes, but there is a lot of potential for those two. I’d like to see these two be paired up, and as a couple, become the healers Storybrooke’s people may need after having lost so much since the curse was cast in FTL, which brought them to our world in the first place. I know a lot of people would say well, that’s the blue fairy, but she’s more of a spiritual leader. I’m thinking of Belle and Archie working together in a different capacity.
* Initially, I thought Neal and Red would make a great couple but after 3×1, I actually really see a lot of chemistry between him, and Mulan. I think I’d like to see Neal and Mulan together and as part of that, they restore FTL to it’s former glory, minus the dark one. Neal is a king, Mulan is a queen, and they rule justly to keep FTL the happy place where people live happily ever after, as we grew up hearing in our story books.
* Emma and Hook are together, and have just now become a family. They’ve come a long way, and have burried their axes. They’ve both repented, been humbled, and they have both learned that villans don’t get happy endings. People can come-and-go from SB to the rest of the world as they please, and Emma decides to go to Boston and pick up her stuff from her old apartment, and Hook goes with her. She wants to stay in Storybrooke, but realizes she misses the city. Hook and Emma contemplate relocating, keeping in mind that their relationship with “grandma and grandpa” will be long-distance. They story ends without saying whether or not they’ll move, but with a U-haul pulling a yellow bug, on the interstate in the city to the tune of “won’t you take me to a funky town”.

October 2, 2013 at 12:25 pm #213520tiara_roseParticipantThats a whole different ending. Really creative. I never give thought about Belle and Archie, but they do have their common ground.
Heros don't get their Happy Ending!
October 2, 2013 at 12:32 pm #213521PriceofMagicParticipantMy endgame would be:
RumBelle are happy together.
That’s all I’ve got so far.
All magic comes with a price!

October 2, 2013 at 4:44 pm #213561PanTheManParticipantMy endgame:
Couples: Emma and Neal, Hook and Regina, Rumple and Bell, Snow and charming (obviously)… not sure I care much after that.
Final scenes of the show: (my prediction) I’m pretty sure everyone is going to realize they belong in FTL. Even Emma. She’s set on staying in the world she knows, but she’s eventually going to accept it’s not her home. She’ll go to FTL just because that’s what Henry wants, if nothing else.
Someway, somehow, our characters are going to find a portal to take everyone in Storybrooke back to their own lands.
Since the fail safe diamond is still around, I’m thinking Grumpy will strike it with his mining tool after everyone in town has gone through the portal. As Storybrook turns into thick forest again, Grumpy enters the portal, the portal closes, and that’s the end.
