– That its the final season
I wondered which of us would say it first.
This is on my list as well, even if I didn’t put it down. It’s time. We can all go on and on about ratings and ABC and blah blah blah, but narrative-wise, I think it’s time to wrap this up because the cracks having been showing for awhile now and every season they get more and more noticeable.

His narrative function is to keep the clan together, to keep the adults believing in magic and goodness and each other. But make him the centre of attention and he can get very annoying very quickly.
– No more Violet Believer or Floral Believer or whatever it is that Henry and Violet are called. They’re as bland as an unseasoned pork chop and their relationship serves no purpose in the story. They’ve done nothing to earn their screentime.
This so much! Henry is such a pain in the backside. He’s the Scrappy Doo of Once! He’s that irritating git that goes charging in to situations without thought for the consequences. I want Henry to suffer the consequences of his actions and not have the other character whitewash the potential severity of his actions away. They need to stand up to Henry and call him out on his idiotic behaviour.
I also want Violet to dump Henry and break his heart. Perhaps they are going to kill off Violet? They need a dead person to name Belle’s baby after.

Nah. The family-friendly-TV shows don’t kill children (anyone under 18) without seriously dire consequences from their ad buyers/viewers. Violet will, most likely, go to Forgotten Character Island and be mentioned in passing. As in “Henry can’t come on this mission, he’s hanging out with Violet”

I have to agree, but on the condition that Adam and Eddy are given some sort of heads up well in advanced, or they at least anticipate that this could be the end. I don’t want a rushed, last minute conclusion. So I guess my wish is that they at least write the 2nd half of Season 6 with a conclusion in mind, or that they get to have one more planned final Season.

Yes and no. On the one hand, it would be merciful to stop OUAT continuing to trip over itself and alienate its fanbase. Like others have said, having a destination might improve the quality of the storytelling.
On the other hand, unless S6 reaches the heights of S1 & 2, and I suspect it won’t, OUAT will end without having realised its potential. That disappoints and frustrates me. Because this is a show that had vast potential. True, it stopped realising most of it after S3. But when it was good, it was amazing, and part of me continued to hope against experience that it would recapture the brilliance of its early days. That’s what keeps me watching. So when those final credits roll, I’ll be deeply saddened to know that OUAT will never again have the chance to be all that it could have been.
May 23, 2016 at 11:07 am #324330nickyhelpBlocked1. More Snow White action.
2. More Emma and Snow Teamwork
3. Charmings and Lily Teamwork and friendship
4. Snow, Red, Mulan, Dorothy and Toto teamwork and friendship
5. Characters returning and with more focus such as: August, Gepetto, Jiminy, Pongo, Grumpy and the dwarfs, Red, Granny, Blue, Belle, Dr. Frankenstein, Anton, Tinkerbell, Maleficent, Lily, Ariel, Prince Eric, Aurora, Phillip, Mulan, Dorothy, Toto, Nova, Hansel/Gretel and their father, Princess Abigail, Fredrick, King George, Cinderella, Prince Thomas, Thomas’ father, Maurice, Jefferson, Grace, Glinda, Rapunzel, Magic Mirror/Sydney Glass, Sheriff of Nottingham, Lancelot, Alice, Cyrus, Will Scarlet, Anastasia, White Rabbit, and Jafar
6. Death of Isaac Heller
7. Might not happen, but maybe no more CS. Cause since the ratings are going low and it was not very popular in s5, because general viewers don’t care. And you wonder what other reason Outlaw Queen was history. Yes, it can even happen to this couple. It might because the evil queen is back and Regina said that part of her wanted to rip the pirate’s heart out, which is possibly hinted for s6 and that the next season would sound more like s1.
8. More focus on the Charming family.
9. New and old villains rising aside from the Evil Queen and Mr. Hyde.
10. Black Knights and flying monkeys returning.
11. possible upcoming deaths for one or three major characters.
12. Aladdin and Jasmine arriving and turn out to be old friends of Snow.
13. what other storybook characters from the untold realm will appear.
14. Talking animals appearing including Jungle Book Characters.
15. Finally seeing a backstory of what Billy/Gus looks like as a mouse.
16. Maybe we will see the Scarecrow, Tinman and Cowardly Lion soon.

Well we already saw the scarecrow….
May 23, 2016 at 11:37 am #324335SlurpeezParticipantI really want the show to wrap up the loose threads rather than expand its universe. There are so many stories that were left unfinished, even from season one. For example, we have yet to see the end of Abigail and Frederick, Dreamy and Nova, or Geppetto’s parents. We also have yet to see any resolution for characters like Maleficent and Lily or Will and Anastasia (the writers just couldn’t leave OUAT in WL alone, which had a beautiful ending). We never got the back story for Mulan or saw how she and Sleeping Beauty rescued Prince Philip’s soul from the wraith. We also never saw Guinevere and Lancelot’s love story resolved, nor did we see Gwen set free from the Sands of Avalon curse. (Never mind she is still suffering the consequences for Arthur’s mind-altering drug).*sigh*
