Wow! i didn’t read this post again -too focuss in different stuff- but… Let me explain myself!

1.- As I said, I’m not an English native speaker, so, I just wrote about the implicature of “not being someone’s prince” following the linguistic theory of “implicatures, semantic roles, blablabla…” What can I say, I’m a linguist, I’m used to use that sort of things when speaking a language that is not my own… I’ve learnt a lot about the details and subtleties of English, which is quite fair to my eyes, so thank you all for your explanations :ugeek: (Note: is it common to adress your father as “papa”? I was really like 😮 the first time I heard it, sound like Spanish.)

2.- Some price beyond accepting magic is an idea that I have not only regarding OUaT, but ALL magic. You know, that of “your spells come back to you”. As far as I understand it, wizards in OUaT are not men of faith. There is true magic, no matter if you believe in it or not. Faith is not in the equation. Actually I see Rumplestiltskin and Frankenstein as equals: one has magic, the other science, to sides of the same coin. But that is a different topic. What I meant was that there should be a distinction between the price of Magic and the price of the Wizard. Let me think about how to organize my ideas about it and i’ll open a post on it. Just… it was not a particular issue regarding this case. And as I said like two or three times, I’m more than probably wrong, since it is my idea of magic.

3.- OMG! I know you were joking, GoldenKey, but… you know, in fact, I’m the long time ago lost evil twin of Fairy Dust. I’m… the monster!!! 😆 😆 -just kidding no offense pretended.-

I haven’t read through the whole thread, but I just thought Whale meant that he wasn’t from FTL so David should mind his own business.
