This ties back in to the discussion from this thread: Robin Hood Villian or Hero?
Somehow, I doubt Robin’s past is as dark as Regina’s. I mean, obviously he didn’t or failed to kill Zelena. I think when Robin says he has a dark past, generally, it means he was a dishonorable thief. He stole from the poor, stealing to help himself rather than to help other people. I mean, we even learned earlier this season, Robin learned how to be an honorable thief from Marian.

He may have killed whomever he had originally stolen from…kinda like how Oliver Queen always killed his foes in Season 1 of Arrow.

That doesn’t sound like him. Anyway, we’ll see whatever this dark past means this coming Sunday. But I have a feeling, it’s not as dark as Regina’s.
