I am surprised no one has ever talked about this, but if time was frozen in Storybrooke for 28 years and no one has aged but Emma and Henry, how come isn’t Zelena’s apparence much older compared to Regina since she wasn’t part of the original curse ? I assume she was in Oz during the events of the original curse and time wasn’t frozen in that land as far as we know….

I really hope they explain this at some point, because I wouldn’t take ”Time works differently in Oz” for an answer as she apparently could spy on Regina being trained simultaneously on the crystal ball.

    What do you think ?

I’m pretty sure time was frozen in Oz. The Curse seems to have affected almost every land by keeping it frozen: Wonderland, Fictional London, Storybrooke, The EF

I think Zelena and Regina are one year apart. If that’s true then not much time has passed between Bleeding Through and The Miller’s Daughter.

That Rebecca and Lana are actually one year apart in age. I checked.

Yeah, they’ve implied in interviews that the Curse affected ALL lands, I think what they mean is that time stopped in all lands. On OUATinWL, Ana was in WL during the Curse years, Will was in SB, but they were still the same age as each other, like they had been when they were together in FTL and then in WL back in the pre-Curse days. And Alice was in Fictional Victorian England and was still the same age as Will when they started the present day WL story. So, basically, time just froze in all the magical/fictional lands during the time of the Curse, which is why Zelena isn’t older even if she spent the Curse years in Oz.

I agree with @Obisgirl. One year apart sounds about right. It wasn’t enough time for Eva to forget Cora and not be resentful of her.

I think Zelena and Regina may be about 3 years apart in age.

    Evidence?

Enough time must’ve passed for young Cora to become really bitter like we saw in Miller’s Daughter. Then the wedding to Henry must’ve taken time to plan the 9 months of pregnancy for Regina’s birth. so 2 years in age at least.

Good points. Anything beyond 5 yrs is probably a stretch due to Cora and Eva not really changing in appearance
