I kind of got the vibe that the evil Duke had something to do with her death. Either that, or she left him for another man who she found more worthy. The possibility of Rumpel murdering his wife hadn’t even entered my mind.

There are a lot of missing names on this show. Charming’s, Mr. Gold’s. I hope they’re revealed in season 2.

I keep thinking that Rumpel’s spinning wheel will play into Sleeping Beauty’s story somehow. Maybe he and Maleficent were allies at one point.

Oh, wow. There were rumors that Belle and Rumpel would die in the finale? I don’t remember reading those theories. But thank God they were wrong. Killing them off would have been a terrible waste of two amazing characters.

I’m assuming there will be plenty of Belle next season. The producers already stated that they plan on going forward with her story, so I’m expecting a lot of Belle in season 2. 😉
