I can see the reasoning behind it. I never really thought so until this, but that would be really interesting. Now I have this amazing vision of young!Rumple and Pan scampering along green hills like in Scotland and making some blood oath to always watch out for each other or some crazy stuff…

But my real question is this: Who names one child such a mouthful as Rumplestiltskin, and the other is simply Peter?
