ParticipantDid this ever actually happen? Or was it scrapped when S7 wasn’t received like they had hoped?
No. This never happened. For the past few years there have been graphic novels and compassion novels written to coincide with the actual universe. The most recent was Regina Rising which took place when she was 16. Others include Snow and Red attempting to save the Huntsman from the Evil Queen, the Evil Queen crossing paths with Daniel’s brother, William, a backstory for Red, I believe, and a backstory for Hook and Rumpbelle…not those three together but one for Hook and another for them lol

ParticipantOut of all the stories that could be, should be told, this one is the one that gets the greenlight? For all this who actually care, please stand up lol ????

ParticipantIf this is done it’ll be YEARS from now, maybe 10-15 years max to give time for the dust to settle and if it is rebooted I don’t believe it’ll be a continuation but redone from the very beginning but still pay homage to where it began because whether you like it or not, whether you agree or disagree with the decisions Kitsis, Horowitz and Disney/ABC had made there would be no OUAT at all and none of us would still be on this forum taking about this show lol, but I completely understand where you’re coming from.

ParticipantSorry, but Alice can’t be older than Ella. In 7×09, “One Little Tear”, Ella is already a teenager and those episode’s flashbacks take place before 7×07, “Eloise Gardener”, the episode in which Alice was born. Gothel was banished to the tower in 7×09 and escaped in 7×07.
Alice is technically a wish realm character as 7×21 Homecoming has explained (without explaining) that their world is a carbon copy of their ENTIRE world, not just the Enchanted Forest with the appearance of Peter Pan who was from Neverland and who died in February of 2013 in Storybrooke. The Peter Pan we saw was a Wish Realm Peter Pan from a Wish Realm Neverland. I have a post where I have touched on this and how Rapunzel’s story proves they’re from their world as their story was in Henry’s storybook in 7×09, but Gothel, is Wish Realm Gothel, not the real one from their world as her encounter with Nook in 7×07 proves it along with the revelation from Homecoming because if that wasn’t the case then the events in 6×10 would hold no validity as Nook was 31 years older than our Hook.
“Eloise Gardener” and “Knightfall“, (Possibly “One Little Tear” and the opening scene of “Sisterhood“.) all take place after the Evil Queen grants Emma’s wish but before Emma arrives in the the Wish Realm.
Yes her wish created the Wish Realm, which created 31 years worth of history AFTER the curse was going to be cast but wasn’t. The events of 7×09 One Little Tear ARE before the events of 7×07 Eloise Gardener, however, with the wish realm into play creating 31 years of history and with Ella 2.0, Drizzy, Ana and Rapunzel being from their world and not the wish realm and making them around Henry’s age then the only conclusions would be that Alice is not a wish realm character but from their world and she’s 10 years YOUNGER than our Henry and literally 28 years younger than Emma because then you’d factor in the 28 years being frozen in their world and Emma deciding to stay in Storybrooke, making time in their world to resume, also making time in the wish realm to resume, sending Nook to EF 2.0, then that could be a possibility, but as I’ve mentioned, with the Wish Realm being a copy of their entire world and Rapunzel 2.0’s story in Henry’s storybook and there being a copy of EVERYONE, then Alice 2.0, who’s a WISH REALM character as her father is also, and Ella 2.0 being from their world and the wish realm not “existing” until 6×10, on Emma’s 31st birthday, then yes, Alice can be older than Ella. However, with there being a Wish Ella, then that would make Wish Ella older than Alice 2.0 by 14 years, but of course this is just expounding on my theory of the location of EF 2.0 and the the origin of Gothel, if she is a Wish Realm version or a real one based on 7×07.

ParticipantI noticed you put Charming as slightly younger than Snow. Is there a reason for that? Or just because? Also I think you mean if Henry was born in 2001, his graduation would be in 2019, not 20, right?
Snow’s birthday is in January, so I figured his birthday would be later in the year if they are to be the exact same age and as for Henry, his birthday is August 15th and he was born in 2001 and that would make him one of the older kids in his class making him class of 2020 and graduating only a couple of months before his 19th birthday unless he started a year early.

ParticipantI think it’s the Realm of Darkness from 6B.
The Dark Realm, which was introduced in 6×10, Wish You Were Here and then seen in 6×16 Mother’s Little Helper aged Gideon rapidly to where he was 28 in less than a day as 6×09 Changelings – 6×12, Murder Most Foul all took place on the same day so there’s no way they would be there as the aging would be really off.

ParticipantThe wish realm has another Henry, and the split Evil Queen, with the second Robin. It is just a different realm.
The Evil Queen and Wish Robin are in the Original Enchanted Forest as stated in 6×21 The Final Battle Part I where Zelena and Regina cross paths with her and also in 7×07 Eloise Gardener, in the Wish Realm the Evil Queen sends Hook to a distant realm, but it was still within the parameters off the Wish Realm that had been created in 6×10 Wish You Were Here. If it’s not the Wish Realm then explain how everything that we have seen downy point to it being so.

ParticipantMy only hope for now is that they figure out WHAT MAGIC IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR THIS SHOW and find a strong foundation so they can stay true to the rules that have been set in previous seasons and not break or bend them just so they can tell a “riveting” storyline which ends up falling flat, i.e. Dark Swan.
Since season one, we have known that all magic comes with a price and whenever there was any dealings with magic, there was a take-away from the characters and in this season, even though it will be a magic vs. science, there needs to be a clear definition of what magic is because it can’t be both good and evil. It needs to be one or the other. It needs to be anchored in something because it can’t be both. Their is no way. It can’t be dependent on the wielder because everyone’s view of what right and wrong is, is different and that angle is extremely relative. It’s origin either has to be good or evil, and with what we have seen with the Dark One power, with Merlin and that darkness coming out of him as Emma made Hook into a Dark One to save his life back in 5×10 Broken Heart and with the suffering that it has brought then it’s origins must be evil, even if it’s being used for good, it’s origins would still come from evil, from darkness. Even Blue used the same line of all magic comes with a price, but whenever she would use her powers to help others, it always appeared as it was freely given and not something that later became a burden on the one seeking that magical help. So, magic, in essence could be considered evil.
On the flipside, it was also mentioned that love is the most powerful magic of all, powerful enough to break any curse, but does that mean that love, in origin, is evil? I think not. So, either magic has to be good in origin and it’s used for evil purposes, or it’s evil and can be used for good purposes, but for what we have seen for the last five seasons, it’s clear that it could be more evil in origin, and if that’s the case, then Emma’s power should either be evil or it’s another power entirely since she is deemed to be their savior because ultimately, magic WILL cancel itself out, so their should be a clear definition of what magic is and what it should be in this show that makes sense and relates to everything we’ve seen yet.
Also, there needs to be a clear definition of what true love is and that it’s different from soulmates because I feel that those lines are and have been blurred a lot over the seasons even though they introduced the soulmate storyline back in 3A with Robin and Regina.
True love should be defined as more than just someone you “truly love” because that doesn’t make sense. With what they’ve given us, it should be a raw, intimate love, a connection or bond between two people where they are no walls, no insecurities, nothing in-between them that’s keeping them from loving one another, where they can become of one mind, one heart and on one-accord. Something along those lines because honestly, someone you truly love isn’t a good enough of a definition to be honest.
Also, I hope they are more meticulous about what this next season looks like, not only as a whole but from episode to episode and that they COMMUNICATE with ALL OF THE WRITERS and they’re communicating with each other to make sure they’re all on the same page and telling the same story because it’s been a huge issue when a story is supposed to go one way, but it ends up in another direction and then ends in a completely different direction than initially intended. I think Kitsis and Horowitz should sit down and really map out what they want season six to look like for every single episode and make sure to keep their writers within the guidelines of each episode their writing so the story as a whole makes sense and it’s not a completely different arc than we began with and we end up with all of these questions that will never be answered because there was no plan of action as to what the story arc for the season should look like.
Those are my hopes for season six as of now. Let’s get this thing going. I’m excited lol.
June 28, 2016 at 5:40 pm in reply to: FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOMENTS from 5 x23 UNTOLD STORY . . . #325130AidenXJeffrey
ParticipantMy favorite part was Henry persuading everyone to toss a penny into the fountain to open a portal and save his family because it beckons back to one of the great themes of the show, belief, belief in that anything is possible, belief in the miraculous, belief in what is not seen, but is still all around us.
My least favorite was not only in this episode, but in this entire season, the whole Henry and Violet romance infatuation storyline.
I feel that he’s too young. Henry is supposed to be 13 as it is 2014 in their time, and the actor, Jared is about 15 or 16, and I feel that it’s too young to be introducing a storyline such as this. They should have waited another couple of years for this because I feel it’s a bit inappropriate and awkward to watch a tween “romance” (infatuation) unfold and even more awkward to watch two young actors kiss each other.
I feel that their innocence and purity should be honored, not only as characters but actors because this sends the wrong message to the younger audience about what love, romance and infatuation is and should look like, what romantic relationships should look like and when to pursue a romantic relationship.
I’m not a parent and I’m sure everyone would have a different opinion on this, but I do believe this is something that can and should be left on the back burner until the actor and the character are both at an appropriate age to pursue that storyline again.
