I don’t think we have been introduced to the Peter, Peter character yet. However, I do think he is Henry’s father. We have recently found out that August is Pinocchio and there seems to be at a least a little indication that there could be an Emma/August romance, but Emma has only lived in the non-magical world. Wouldn’t she recognize Henry’s father?
