ParticipantI think Regina needs to reemerge with the Evil Queen and then maybe her and Robin could find happiness together. Robin fell in love with Regina while she had the EQ in her, maybe that is why they did not connect neither one of them is the same person. EQ and Robin are going to go on a stealing rampage and just cause chaos.

ParticipantI don’t understand how a memory potion affects darkness in one’s soul. Like not remembering you’ve done something bad completely takes away the impulse to do bad things? It means your soul is turned bright white again? This seems pretty nonsensical to me. Why not just give all the villains memory potions then!
I think what they were trying to say is that Bae is not bad or a villain he was just temporarily influenced by the power of the dagger and when his father took that memory away it made Bae forget the feeling of power that the dagger had on him.

ParticipantI will say that I was really angry when I first saw this because it totally does not fit Bae’s personality or soul. I am glad they had him drink the memory potion and that Rumple then took all the blame on himself to save his son from the darkness, I think this actually fits Rumple’s character. I think what the story was trying to say is that dark magic will corrupt almost anyone. Bae became corrupted when he summoned the dark one and felt the power to the dagger and that power is very hard to give up which is why Bae was becoming darker and darker until his dad gave him the memory potion. I think that Rumple will do whatever he has to do to prevent Gideon’s soul from darkening just like he did with Bae. This episode basically stated that Rumple sacrificed his relationship with his son to protect him from the darkness. I think Rumple is willing to make that same sacrifice to save Gideon and I liked that Belle understood that.

ParticipantI think it is like everything else the Blue Fairy does, has the illusion of being powerful but is ultimately WEAK. I actually enjoyed the Beowulf story of a man who thought he was destined to be a hero and felt cheated (Arthur) I know I read Beowulf in school but don’t really remember the story all that much, just that he defeated the Grindal. I think the sword is probably not very powerful and is not needed to kill Emma.

ParticipantRumple dies, then Belle and gideon would see him as a hero, they still move on with their lives and Rumple reunites with the person he always said was him happy ending, Bae, this for me is a good happy ending to everyone,
I don’t completely disagree, I don’t believe Rumple’s happy ending was being with his son it was earning his son’s forgiveness and being the father that Bae could love and respect. Will his dying accomplish this? Yes, but he already accomplished this in season 3 with his death. That was his happy “ending” I am an old fashioned fairy tale person and I would love him to have a happy ever after which could be reuniting with his son in the great unknown but then what about Gideon who has to grow up fatherless (this is of course if they de-age him) and Belle who loses her true love. Their happy ever after is not going on without Rumple. Belle and Gideon knowing Rumple was a “hero” who sacrificed himself for them could be a happy “ending” but still pretty unsatisfactory.

ParticipantLet’s say these rumors are true, which I am not sure I totally believe. I wonder if they will try to have their cake and eat it too. They could have Rumple sacrifice himself for his family (wait didn’t we do that in season 3) and then have Belle go through a portal thinking she is going back to the enchanted forest and end up in the wish realm with the Rumple who does not have a Belle. That Belle and Rumple could live out their days in the “fake” world. I actually think they could do this because of the way Wish Realm Rumple seems to know all about storybrooke and the way he was very sarcastic every time he said “fake” realm. I think he knows more than we realize and I could see him wanting to have Belle and Gideon with him.

ParticipantMakes my question even more accurate, why would anyone tell this guy anything unless the show wants to spoil it. They apparently know he can’t keep a secret.

ParticipantI don’t know much about these kind of things, but I would have to assume that these tweets would be questionable. First off, this guy is just a photographer so how much inside info does he have. Second, if someone did tell him this, why? I would think this would be something they would want to keep hidden so my question would be is this info accurate or is the show trying to throw us off on something? Why would the show or any of the insiders of the show want us to know this info especially this early in the second half of the season

ParticipantHere is a question, why did Robert’s ghost show up now to seek justice? Was Robert’s spirit somehow connected with the coin? When David throws it in the sea the ghost disappears, did the ghost feel that justice was served? Does anyone think it is a coincident that the ghost shows up as Hook is trying to ask for blessing? Maybe Robert does not approve of Hook for his granddaughter which makes sense since he killed him.
AKA
ParticipantHe didn’t after Robert left Rumple threw the hair on the ground and said something like small items can mean big things in that sarcastic tone of voice. He was just putting on a show because he saw himself in Robert. It was one of the best Rumple moments in a very long time. I miss that aspect of Rumple where he does not want anyone to see his vulnerable side but yet the audience gets to see that under the beast their is a grieving father.
