Participant’m hoping Adam and Eddy let EQ and Regina realize that they need each other, and separating was one of the worst ideas Snow White ever had! Merge them back together, and make Regina accept the darkness as a part of her, but willing to use it in the name of good.
Psychologically that is the only thing that makes sense. I can’t believe they won’t do it in the end, they probably just want her around for a little while longer. We have seen the show hint that this will be the eventual end of this arc for Regina. Both Rumple last season during the finale and The Dragon a couple of episodes ago both stated that Regina needed both the dark and light for balance and that she is not whole without the evil queen it is part of who she is.
his danger hanging over Baby Gideon’s head has to be the Black Fairy, unless the Sneaky Fairy finally happens!
I am still going with Sneaky Fairy and I think it might be the only way to redeem Rumbelle is if Rumple feared this all along and was doing everything to try and protect Belle and the baby from the fairies.

ParticipantI have a somewhat crack-pot theory, but so far I haven’t seen anyone else come up with it. What if the man in Belle’s vision isn’t really Belle’s son, Gideon, but, rather, the grown up son of Jack and Jill? Something just seems off with him. After all, a changeling isn’t just a child taken by a fairy, but rather “a child believed to have been secretly substituted by fairies for the parents’ real child in infancy.” I found it incredibly odd how the man in Belle’s vision said, “Remember the book” (paraphrase)? It struck me as very peculiar since how would he know about the book? It made me wonder if he isn’t her son but is really Jack and Jill’s son from the EF flashback — the one to whom Belle read the story Her Handsome Hero when she took care of him at the dark castle. Why else would he have said “remember the book” — which doesn’t really make sense unless Belle had read it to him. Could adult “Gideon” (aka Morpheus) be an imposter? I wonder if the Black Fairy somehow collected Jack and Jill’s infant son after Belle returned him to his parents, he grew up and now wants revenge on the Dark One for stealing him in infancy and summoning the Black Fairy in the first place.
I think he was referring to the book about defeating the dark one, you know the one from the dream. I still like your theory at this point and time I am trying to grasp on to any hope I can find. I hate the idea that a baby can hate his father even before he is born, there is something completely wrong about this. If Morpheus does end up being their child I will be completely upset.

ParticipantWow where to begin. Abusive, Yes. I love angst but this is not angst this is emotional and verbal abuse on both of their parts. I LOVE RUMBELLE, but wow the writers have done a number on them. Neither one of them communicates with each other at all. This is a lot of Belle’s fault because when communication is open she either won’t listen or just runs away. On the other hand, Rumple is so insecure and afraid that he won’t even attempt to communicate at times (hey Belle I totally did not speed up your pregnancy) this leads to misunderstandings on both of their parts. This has always been an issue for this couple, the difference is this season you have Belle lashing out verbally at Rumple, Rumple getting scared and lashing out magically at Belle which leads to the abuse issues. I don’t know if I have hope, I would love to but have not idea how they could fix this? Belle does some completely cruel things to Rumple this and last season
1. working with Zelena at all. This is the woman who killed his son. There is nothing that can come back from that and Belle should respect and love Rumple enough to know that.
2. turning to Hook for help, I know he has redeemed himself and she has forgiven him, but if you look at it from Rumple’s perspective this is the man who stole his first wife and left his son motherless. So now he has to watch his second wife who is also pregnant turn to Hook for help instead of him. I am sure this brings back all the insecurities that have plagued Rumple for years
3. Giving their son to Blue. I can not believe that in all the years that these two have been together that Belle has no idea why he hates Blue. That she does not understand that Rumple feels that Blue is partially responsible for the loss of Bae and she is definitely responsible for the difficulties that Rumple had in finding him again.
In return Rumple has lied and manipulated Belle and made her feel foolish and unloved since the death of his son (when are we ever going to explore that issue, oh right never)
AKA
ParticipantI still don’t think the dream Morpheus is Gideon. I think Belle played right into Blue’s hands. I think Blue knows Rumple is the Black Fairies son so she somehow planted the “changeling” Morpheus into Belle’s dreams to convince her to give him to Blue. Where she took him, I don’t know, can she leave Storybrook? Can she cross Realms? And how was she caring a new born baby as a little tiny fairy, did she shrink him? Of course Rumple will find him, that is his long game we have a rehash of season 1 and 2 of Rumple doing whatever he has to to get his son back. I don’t buy into the destiny rope, again I am going with the theory that all that was a play to get Belle to give the baby over to Blue.

ParticipantRumple magically bound her never to tell another living soul and to never bring it up
Faaaaaaaaantastic.
He just erased her memory and she has no idea which might explain a lot really, every time Rumple opens up and tells Belle something about the past he then just obliviates her. This is why she seems so clueless all the time 🙂

ParticipantMy expectations were not high but I was hopeful, unfortunately the episode was everything I actually expected a 6/10
Liked:
At least the Rumple and EQ relationship is over
I did appreciate that Emma and Hook were trying to help Belle
I liked how Belle came up with the name Gideon, it is very in character for her (only thing this season)
At least Rumple did not actually speed up the pregnancy, but why did he at least attempt to tell Belle?
Mixed:
Rumple actually saying that he was afraid that no one could ever love him, although this would have been the perfect opportunity for Belle to point out that Bae did love him, that she loved him.
Belle giving the baby to Blue. Does she not know the history of Rumple and the fairies? Has he never had a conversation with her about why he hates Blue? I can’t believe that they have been in a relationship where he has searched for his son, found him, and then lost him to death and never mentioned the story of how he lost Bae in the first place to Belle. If he did, Wow Belle nothing like giving your and Rumple’s son over to the person he feels is partially responsible for the loss of his first son. Next why doesn’t she work with Zelena and live with Hook (Oh wait, she did this season)
Disliked:
I really don’t care about Jasmine and Aladdin story line
Emma’s visions are kinda of boring and over dramatic
Regina can not forgive Zelena for Robin’s death but she can “pity” her.
The Blue Fairy can break into the dark castle and free Belle and then just leaves her to deal with the situation, that does not make any sense. If Blue is so concerned why did she leave? I still think she is Shady and I hate her outfit
Belle, make up your mind! I will never take you back then in the next moment if you do this you will loose me forever.
Does Belle truly believe that Rumple would hurt her and her son, apparently so which is what makes me so angry. THIS is what the writers have done to this ship. They took a couple who completely loved each other and would never hurt each other and completely tore them apart. Both Rumple and Belle have spent all season hurting each other emotionally and verbally which is just sad.
AKA
ParticipantGotta wonder how the title ties into this.
Here is a crazy theory, what if the baby is a changeling and therefore is influencing how Belle is reacting to Rumple. Baby Moe stated that he did not want Rumple to destroy this family and it was obvious that he did not like or trust Rumple. What if Baby Moe was exchanged for the real baby to separate out the dark one from Belle or just because someone (fairies) did not feel the dark one should be a father. Would the baby know that he is a changeling? If so that could be why he does not want Rumple around or any where near Belle, because he might find out and therefore tell Belle that he is not their real son. Belle after all was with Blue even before anyone knew she was pregnant, maybe blue switched the babies then.
Let’s face it, since she has met Baby Moe she has been EXTREMELY angry and almost verbally abusive at times. This is not how Belle has ever behaved with Rumple. She absolutely has a right to be angry but even when she is, she is not this. She is usually at least willing to listen to him and try and support his issues and insecurities and try and see the good in him. You occasionally get the real Belle (last week somewhat) but we really have not seen the real Belle (not putting up with his crap but at the same time trying to influence him to be good) since Her Handsome Hero last season.
Probably not how this is going to go down at all, but it makes me feel better at least right now
AKA
ParticipantOr Zelena finds out that Rumple is trying to kill her so she goes after Belle and the baby and that is why they look like a united front. I don’t know right now even with the spoiler pictures, I don’t have much hope for Rumbelle.
AKA
ParticipantI think it is Jafar, didn’t he end up in the lamp at the end of Wonderland? I haven’t watched that series in a long time but that is what I am remembering.
AKA
ParticipantEvil Queen kind of had a look, like oh no I am not doing that. Earlier in the episode when Henry stated that she would be alone, we saw that hurt look on the EQ’s face. I think EQ sees Zelena as her family and may be the only family she has so I don’t think she will do it.
I think Rumple plans on getting Regina to reintegrate with the EQ which will be the EQ’s happy ending. I think both the EQ and Regina are incomplete with out each other. At this point and time I have no idea what Rumple is up to, I would love to say that he has a grand plan that we don’t understand yet, but that would take good writing which we no longer have and haven’t had in a long time.
