I wonder whether Regina will confront the fact that she was an awful mother to Snow. And the three kids she tried to “adopt.” Obviously since she was still being a jerk when the curse broke, it hadn’t gotten through to her yet then…and that smirk that Greg was dead…*chills* But if she’s ever going to be the mother that Henry deserves, that he can freely love, then she has to deal with her other kid. I know people have different opinions about Snow being hers, but she DID agree to marry the king at some point and that DID make her Snow’s stepmother. Killing the king and spending then next few decades trying to kill/torture Snow and her family doesn’t change the fact that for most of Snow’s adolescence–just the age Henry’s entering, incidentally–she was Snow’s stepmother. And Snow clearly still sees her as that, because when she was trying to work out the family tree she said that Regina was also Henry’s step-great-grandmother.

Great point. I’d love to see Snow and Henry spend some time together, because they are the only two who know what it’s like to have that familial attachment to Regina despite all the pain she’s caused them- I think it would be good for both of them. I feel that Snow is Regina’s daughter, for all intents and purposes. She trusted Regina as a mother figure up until her late teens/early 20’s (however old she was when her father died). I really hope that some day we get to see Regina and Snow find some kind of peace with each other.
