These are great! Thanks for sharing! 😀 The Rumple/Emma story line looks interesting! I’m excited! I was not expecting to hear that Hook dialogue. Does that mean he is going to follow Rumple to New York?

If they did lose the Hook rights (which I doubt will happen), they could always start calling him Killian Jones and drop the Hook name.

I really want to see an origin story for him too. Based on the upcoming episode titles, I’m not sure if it will happen this season. I was hoping they’d have another “Hook-centric” episode soon but I think they are going to be more focused on Rumple, Bae, Cora and the outsider, Greg. I hope I’m wrong!

I loved Roswell and Buffy too! 😀 They are streaming on Netflix and I recently watched them both. They still hold up today.

Rumpel can be cowardly, so he’d rather hide behind someone else and have them do the work and get the blame instead of himself.

Sorry if my post started such a large discussion. I was just thinking out loud some ideas I thought the writers could do with Hook in Storybrooke.
I think Hook’s fate depends on Rumpel. To me, I don’t think Rumpel perceives Hook as a big threat. I think he finds Cora more of a threat. Rumpel tries to find an angle with every person he meets so it is possible that he will find a way to use Hook so he keeps him in Storybrooke or else Hook somehow no longer becomes a threat to him and Belle (i.e. lose his memory).
This may be a little more far fetched but Hook could align himself with Emma/Charmings. He would have to go against Cora in order to do that. Emma didn’t seem too upset when Hook said he wanted to kill Rumpel. I could see Hook form an alliance with the good guys against Cora if it benefits himself in some way. That would give him some protection against Rumpel.
As for his redemption, I wouldn’t rule it out. The creators always state that they don’t write pure evil villians. So I wouldn’t put it past them to eventually do this with his character.

Yeah I hope it doesn’t come to that! I was thinking that having him lose his fairy tale memories or somehow getting cursed differently than the others by accidentally going outside town lines would be an interesting twist.

My most favorite was Tallahassee because as the others have said it was an episode centered around Emma. I also really liked Queen of Hearts too because it gave us a lot of great moments and resolutions (Emma has magic, Snow/Charming family reunion, Regina’s redemption).

I won’t stop watching if my ship doesn’t sail. They have teased it but I’m aware that it may not happen. It’s fun to think that it is a possibility. I just hope they feature some couple that is making it work on the show. If my ship doesn’t happen, then at least let Snow and Charming be a couple (not always torn apart). Sometimes it is nice to see some happiness through relationships (either through couples, mother/son love, best friends etc).
I guess for me the way I would lose interest is if they stop focusing on the main characters and clutter the story-lines with too many minor characters. For instance, I want to see more Emma episodes. I’m sorry, but Tallahassee was the first time we got an Emma-centric episode in awhile. I want to see the main characters get the central story-lines, people like Snow, Charming, Rumpel, Regina, Henry. I am okay with them giving strong story-lines for Belle or Hook, but if they start showcasing full episodes dedicated to minor characters, I’d start losing interest.The great thing about this show is that they have a character that everyone can either relate to or like. I just don’t want the writers to bite off more than they can chew and suddenly we get no character development for the main characters.
