ParticipantI was sniffling too! But I totally believe they will be together again- I was so excited to see them finally admit they still had feelings for each other. I disagree about their chemistry- they are too adorable as a couple.
I keep daydreaming that I say to Emma, “Why are you so sure Neal didn’t survive? Have a little faith!”

ParticipantThat’s funny…I actually liked the 2nd half of the season better! During the first half, while I still liked the show a lot, I got frustrated with the 3 simultaneous narratives and the fact that they kept Snow and Emma in the Enchanted Forest for so long. The 2nd half excited me with Rumple and Emma finding Bae/Neal and the storyline with Belle. My hardcore obsessing started with “The Outsider” when Belle fell over the line- I was a big fan before that, but that moment made me go nuts- I know a lot of people didn’t enjoy it, but as a kid, amnesia was one of my favorite tv tropes. (And wasn’t Belle absolutely wonderful in her centric ep?) It did drive me crazy that we only saw a few minutes of her an episode until “Lacey” though. The 2nd half of the season had the more highly anticipated episodes for me. “The Miller’s Daughter” was amazing, and it was fun seeing an early Storybrooke in “Welcome to Storybrooke.”
I agree that too much was going on though- the whole Greg and Tamara plot came out of nowhere. And there was constant action and drama when I was really wishing for the characters to be able to breathe. So much plot limited the great character moments. They were there, but not as much as I would have liked- many moments I was excited to see repeatedly got glossed over. I had been really eager to see Emma learning to cope with what was going on, but they immediately separated her and threw her in another world. It was fun to see her there for a little bit, but then I really wanted them all together.
I did love the reuniting of the Charming family in “Broken,” the moment with Emma and Snow in the nursery, Rumple’s scenes with Belle in the hospital, Neal learning he had a son, Regina’s redemption arc (I was so sad when she backpedaled), Snow and Charming learning Henry was Rumple’s grandson, Rumple telling Emma that she still missed Neal, Belle bonding with Ruby, etc.

ParticipantAdam just tweeted that the next season will still be 22 episodes.

ParticipantI think maybe I just really like the idea of Belle finding out about Bae first and trying to get word to Rumple rather than the other way around. I think the gang on the ship will be too focused on trying to rescue Henry, and I am wondering what would happen if Rumple found out that Bae is still alive after all. Would he still want to help with Henry? But you are right that it could go either way.

ParticipantOh! I totally forgot that Charming has been under the curse too!
I see what you are saying about Belle going to FTL to get Bae…I don’t think she even knows that the gang went to Neverland as they made that decision after she left.
Right now, everyone thinks Bae is dead so no one will think to try to communicate with him. I hope they don’t drag that out too long, and someone finds out fairly quickly.
Another reason I think it may be more likely that Bae ends up in SB is because the actresses who play Mulan and Aurora have both been signed for other shows from what I’ve heard. I agree that we will likely get Belle and Bae together at some point either way because otherwise there will be an awful lot of narratives going on at once!

Aurora, I’m assuming, can use the poppies that Mulan knew about to force her to a deep sleep like they did for Snow.
I am not sure about MAP getting Neal to SB–that might be the major plot point is they have to find a way to get to SB or contact someone there.
Oh yeah, the poppies…they might try sending Aurora to the red room to try to communicate with Storybrooke. That is plausible. But it would have to time out right to meet up with Henry.

Ok, playing off your idea: how do MAP get Nealfire back to SB? Most likely a portal and as far as we know, they don’t have any beans or hats. Lake Nostos might still be active, but they don’t have ashes or the compass.
Hmm….not sure- but I bet they find a way- they somehow freed Prince Phillip. The communication through the dream thing only works if both parties are aware of what is going on. If it does happen that way, I think communicating with Henry is more likely than with Snow. I am guessing that once Neal is healed, his priority will be getting back to Henry and Emma. He doesn’t even know anyone went to Neverland.

ParticipantI’m thinking Neal is in Enchanted Forest. I could see how it might be possible for it to be Neverland with the wraith and all, but I think Enchanted Forest makes more sense- I get the impression that the quest for Phillip ended happily with them all back home, plus Adam and Eddy did say that their core cast was in 3 different places. I think Mulan, Aurora, and Phillip are going to end up helping get Neal back to Storybrooke where he will discover that they have all left to go after Henry.
