ParticipantJennifer Morrison (Emma) is an extra in the 1994 remake of Miracle on 34th St. Saw it on tv this weekend. She’s one of Santa’s elfs. Raphael Sbarge (Archie/Jiminy) was in Risky Business with Tom Cruise back in the day.
Michael Raymond James (Neal/Baelfire) had his own show on FX for a while, Terriers. Was also in Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise.
Ginnifer Goodwin (Mary Margaret/Snow) played in Big Love with Bill Paxton among others, Something Borrowed with John Krasinski, and Kate Hudson, and He’s Just Not That Into You with Justin Long, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston, etc.
I’ve seen Henry on Lifetime Movie Network. Don’t remember the name of the program, tried to mentally block it. Not a fan of the LMN. Unfortunately my mom is!

ParticipantThere’s a great scene from Love Actually. One of my favorite movies. It’s the scene where Mark confesses to Keira Knightley’s character, Juliet that he does love her and uses blank cards to show that. You might be able to use that. He shows models on one of the cards. It’s towards the end of the scene.
There is another scene in this movie for you topic – between the Prime Minister and his catering assistant Natalie, his new crush. She confesses that her ex-boyfriend thinks she’s gotten fat and that he thinks her thighs are the size of tree trunks. The PM jokingly offers to have him murdered. “Ruthless trained killers just a phone call away.”

ParticipantROASTED RED PEPPER & OLIVE TAPENADE
Very easy and very good. Just don’t over process or the results will be mushy.
Calamata or California olives (pitted) to taste- I do not recommend black olives as a substitute!!
Green olives (pitted) to taste
1 jar roasted red peppers
1 package goat cheese
1 loaf of french or italian bread
olive oil
Dice olives and red peppers and toss together in oil. You can use a food processor but be careful not to overprocesss or the results will be watery and mushy. Serve with toasted baguette, and side of goat cheese as a very colorful and tasty build-it- yourself appetizer. Great colors for Christmas!

ParticipantOh my gosh! This is a great idea. I watch with friends but they have no idea whats going on and they 1. ask me a zillion questions or 2. talk over top of the program!! I don’t live anywhere near Chicago, but I know a great tool for finding groups with common interests (at least for me) has been meetup.com

ParticipantI saw the original version of this movie on Hulu (1947)- it is a part of the Criterion Collection they hyped over the summer. I think it was done in the…Surrealist style? It’s worth a watch just to see what they were able to do before the days of CGI. I was impressed. But also spooked. Surrealism makes me feel really unsettled. Kind of creepy.

ParticipantAlso, just rewatched. The Darling Bros as they leave say “we won’t give up. We will get that child.” So were GOAT taking their orders from the DBs?

I missed the first 8 minutes! 🙁 Friend and dinner parties… fun to socialize not fun to miss your fave show!
Agree with the comments that this epi felt retconned/plot devicey.
The show has been teasing Henry’s arrival in Storybrooke since Season 1. Now it seems Henry was chosen for Regina merely by coincidence? Was that the impression others got? Is there more to this story to be revealed? I feel cheated!
Disliked Regina’s breakdown in Gold’s shop. I felt like they were trying to establish that Gold had no memories of the Enchanted Forest and they belabored the point. Also, if someone walked into my shop with a baby screaming about their unstoppable revenge I would call Sheriff Graham. Rumple was oddly not phased.
How did Pan switch bodies with Henry? Is there an explanation for this or is it just “magic” ?? The writers used to be very specific about which characters had which powers and what magic they were capable of wielding. Now it seems as if anything goes.
I have no likes yet :-/ I admit I was distracted while attempting to watch so I will have to tune in online tomorrow and see what I didn’t absorb the first go around. Thanks to others posting here for filling in the blanks.

ParticipantI have some unsanswered questions but they are from Season 1 and 2…
Whatever happened to Thomas in Cinderella’s episode? He disappeared by the well in the Enchanted Forest. Rumple tells her she wont see him again until she has paid her debt.
What did he want with Cinderella’s child anyway? There has been a purpose for other children Rumple has “collected.” He secured Henry for Regina to break the curse. He secured James for King George (and later David) knowing David would meet and fall in love with Snow and create the savior. Will the writers come back to this or do you think this storyline is kaput?
Who is King George’ wife? There was a time when I thought this would turn out to be Cora. My theory was that his wife was not barren, that George’s health was the issue, and that Cora (his assumed wife) would turn to a lover (Henry)in order to conceive. I was wrong. But it would’ve explain why he is so bitter!
Tamara’s backstory? The significance of her grandmother and their relationship to magic? The Dragon?

The casting choices for young Rumple and Rumple’s father Malcolm. I loved all of their scenes together.
Loved the spinsters. Hope to see more of them in future episodes. We have so many characters doubling up on EF identities (ex: Ruby is Red is the Wolf) I am curious to know if these 2 have any other EF aliases?
Did I see tears in Pan’s eyes as he let go of young Rumple to stay in Neverland? Intrigued.
Pan reveals Pandora’s Box and reiterates to Rumple how easy it was to retrieve it-simply by imagining it. Makes all our heroes efforts with Ariel seem so tedious.
I agree with other posters, loved all the good looks jokes tossed out by Rumple, Hook, Charming.
Disliked:
I disliked that there was a fake Pandora’s box. Just meh.
Did not like the scene in which the “fab five” drew weapons on Rumple. Don’t know if it was the writing, the acting, or both but it just felt rushed and awkward.
