No, he did not. Regina was wearing her ring on her right hand, not the left. You can see it when she ripped the page after Robin stepped over the town line.

Am I just reading on it too much or did the sneak peek 1 have a lot of cuts? Looks as if we’re missing a few words between Emma and Hook there. (Or probably just a bad editing)
