I never watched LOST. What exactly do you mean by a constant in this context? Do you mean a person who is always there for someone else?
I think that is it. Once Emma sees that Neal will always be there no matter what and can be dependable, her walls will begin to come down again for him, I think.

Which begs the question: where is everyone else?! And what is this Curse?! What if Regina saying goodbye to Henry wasn’t her having to go back tot he EF, but Regina letting Henry go with Emma to find something in NYC
I also thought that Regina and Emma hug too so Regina isn’t just saying goodbye to Henry but to Emma as well? At least I thought that I had read that but I’m not sure from where.

Just wanted to say that I agree with so many things you all have said. And I really want to see Neal’s interaction with Wendy. I also wonder why Emma isn’t looking at Neal and Wendy talking but it kind of staring at the ground and such. I wonder if all this is too much for her to handle with regards to finding out that Pan wants Henry to die to save himself or all about Neal’s past. I also found it curious that Hook was so far away from everyone else. I do wonder if he had something to do with Wendy getting to NL or something with her brothers. He had been in NL long enough for their time there to have overlapped. I guess we’ll see tomorrow!
