Bar FarerParticipant
At least they’re actually showing the fallout of Robin’s death and how it’s affecting Regina. It seems that they’ve learnt their lesson unlike what they did with Neal. Here’s hoping that the “heroes” recognise that Regina has every right to be angry and upset instead of thinking she’s over-reacting.
Well, they don’t have another fanservicy guy that they want Regina to end up with no matter how rushed it would have been.

Bar FarerParticipantExcept when there were Dark Ones in town planning to send everyone to hell and she decided she had enough.

Bar FarerParticipantThose three sneak peeks seem to show Regina’s anger rising about the thing between Hook and Robin. They also seem to hint us the return of the Evil Queen and she might do in the end. And hearing what she wanted to do to Hook because it was unfair (very true) that he survives but Robin Doesn’t, she might (which may or may not) make a kill in the end of the finale. Yes she said she hesitated, similarly of how she felt for Maid Marian (Zelena in disguise), but it does not look like it will happen again this time. They are slightly repeating s4 in the second clip, but possibly they might do a repeat like Graham’s death in s1. This is getting very suspenseful. There may definately be a scary or tragic climax for the ending of the season like the former seasons.
They’re not gonna kill off Hook but I do expect by the end of the finale when Regina is all EQ’esque she is gonna set her sites on destroying Hook and Emma cause they’re at fault for her losing Robin.
We don’t know that yet. You do ‘t know that yet. And there is no way they are going to make the pair like the Charmings. If they’d kill him off, it could be for the very end of next season.
There’s no point in killing him off again immediately after he was brought back to life by Zues Ex Machina.
Tell that to the ratings. We’ll just wait and see.
The ratings didn’t drop significantly while filming 5B, especially not between filming 521 and 522. If they had wanted Hook out of the show, they would have kept him dead and wouldn’t have brought him back to life in the most contrived way. Hook is alive and he’s not going anywhere. I think it’s time to accept that and move on…

Losses #323664Bar FarerParticipantI guess just in season 5, there wasn’t much for them to do as a couple, and we didn’t see them act like a couple, so they were just kind of there and so as a result, the chemistry dipped for me.
You say this as if the writers couldn’t have possibly written something for them to do as a couple and were forced into killing Robin off. That wasn’t the case, the writers simply didn’t want to develop Robin or his relationship with Regina.

Bar FarerParticipantHere’s an interesting question: why doesn’t Rumple create a True Love potion like he did in season 1? It’s not like he doesn’t have the ingredients and I’m sure Snow and David would want a babysitter when they go to some pointless “adventure” after their obsessive daughter, so there is no reason they wouldn’t want to help.

Bar FarerParticipantThis is #3 as I did not see it posted here I figured it is recent
It is. Thank you. Added to front page This was some seriously exposition heavy dialogue “I can still feel the aura” “He used it for a tethering spell” *Zelena explains all the plot* *Emma explains TLK that makes NO SENSE BECAUSE NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO BELLE AND THAT’S NOT WHAT BELLE IS EVEN REMOTELY SAYING*.
Well, the writers don’t treat Belle as a character with her own agency so we have other characters explaining us how she feels and what she wants to do. First Rumple and now Emma.
Everyone just know everything all of a sudden, why ever did they need Belle?! The only thing they don’t know is what Rumple wants, which I don’t think the writers even know. Rumple does evil things because he’s evil and that’s it. I wonder if there is an answer to that question in the pointless dark ones diaries or whatever that got mentioned in one scene and never existed before or after that scene.

But this is what happens when the quality of a show declines. Fans are getting sick of it. They aren’t the first and I doubt they will be the last. I think OUAT is really on its last legs, the only people supporting it are the ones who are too invested to leave it (I think a lot of us here), hardcore CS-shippers who are fine with the storyline, and average viewers who don’t take it as seriously as the former.
Don’t forget the ones who like Disney trash.
