"All your questions are pointless"
Bar FarerParticipantIIRC filming ends on April 2nd, which means one more week for filming. Ready for the final scene of the season to be spoiled?
"All your questions are pointless"
Bar FarerParticipantWhen OUAT dropped to 1.3, people excused it for being on Thanksgiving weekend, but guess what, the ratings never went above 1.3 ever since, even when the show returned after hiatus for the “100th” episode. I think that ratings dropping suggests that people are becoming less interested in watching the show more than anything.
Even if it’s undecided till the upfronts that season 6 will be the final season, according to the ratings trend, season 6’s ratings will not remain steady at 1.1-1.3 level. I expect it to go fractional every week with a possibility to go down to 0.5. Do you think that abc can still afford keeping the show with those ratings?

Bar FarerParticipantIt is also interesting that some people are drawn to humble men in real life even though in movies it’s the cocky men who get the girl.
That’s rape culture. Men, to get the girl who doesn’t know her own mind and resists the guy, must be aggressive and in the end, the woman is grateful because she simply didn’t know what she wanted and the relationship was “inevitable” all along.
The biggest reason why I hate 3B so much along with the fact that 3B had no climax and Emma was treated as a huge mcGuffin.

Bar FarerParticipantYou need the magical mushroom to talk to the tree, tho! *twitch*
In addition, Merlin who was trapped in that tree was able to connect with Emma, Arthur and the apprentice without a mushroom, but “it doesn’t matter”.

Bar FarerParticipantI think the problem is the vagueness of the language and the fact that the world building of the Underworld is seriously shaky (if compelling in some regards). Which game is rigged? The finish-your-business game or the leave-the-Underbrooke game? It would make sense that Hades has prevented souls from finishing their business to keep them in the Underworld. But that doesn’t change the fact that there are souls–Daniel and most likely the unseen other down turned gravestones–who have done it,and at least a portion of those did it without our heroes helping them move on which means that the game cannot be *that* rigged and it certainly means that “no one can leave” is false.
Or that they just didn’t bother themselves to think about it logically and hope their viewers are too dumb to notice or understand or question it…

Bar FarerParticipantActually Hades wanted Regina out of the Underworld so trapping her doesn’t really make sense.
Hades changed his mind at the end of 5×14 “Labor of Love”:
Hades: At first, I wanted your friends to leave. I really had such a smooth-running operation going here before they arrived, but now I’ve decided they’ve caused too much damage, so my vindictive side… Did you know I have one? It wants to punish them. So, from now on, for every soul your friends free, one of them is going to have to stay. And, Captain… you get to decide who.
Oh, probably missed this.

Bar FarerParticipantAlso, it explains why Hades decided to trap Regina, Snow, and Emma, who all most strongly represent hope and power to help people escape Hades’ domain.
Actually Hades wanted Regina out of the Underworld so trapping her doesn’t really make sense.

Bar FarerParticipantSo the Underworld has Champagne, but no Gin?!? Rumple was right, this is a horrible place…
"All your questions are pointless"
Bar FarerParticipantSo first one is CS fanservice and second one is SQ queerbaiting/fanservice. Let me just remind you that A&E said “We don’t write ships”. Do people really believe their lies?
