WHAT IS THE POINT OF EMMA SWAN IF EVERY GREAT VILLAIN IS INTENDENED TO BE DEFEATED BY ANOTHER “SAVIOR”?
Seriously, Cora was defeated by Snow, Pan by Regina/Rumple, Zelena by Regina, Ingrid by herself, Isaac by Regina, Dark Ones by Hook (even though he caused it), Hades by Zelena, so why is Emma called the savior when that title eventually ended after season 1?

Snow aleeady met Hook during Snow Drifts which happened before season 2 so it is just proof that Adam doesn’t pat attention to the timeline.

If they are going to lose Ginny and Josh and continue, then they will just try and continue on no matter what at this point. I think Adam and Eddy know that they are not getting another show after this.
They might get shows on Freeform, but I don’t expect them to succeed, especially without the Disney lore.

Hey Hi this is a CS friendly zone, I would like it to stay that way. I could careless about whom is anti Hook. I don’t care about what you have to say. This isn’t the place for you. There’s plenty of places in this forum where you’re more than welcome where CS fans are not. All I want to talk about is pancakes.
I *couldn’t* care less. Honestly, if you feel the need to disrespect people because of fictional characters, then maybe you need to reevaluate your priorities. There is more to life than a TV show.

That’s why I don’t like A&E. They deliberately wrote Hook and Regina’s relationship that way in order to create more conflicts in the fandom (it makes people ralk about their show), but they would never answer this type of question (a question explaining their text) and just let their actors handle these when they shouldn’t.

Have to wonder what is the point in having another season, if S7 is really last one, and if they end having a smaller season of only 11 or 13 episodes, why not finish this year, with everyone happy? why making the show leave with even lower ratings, bc no way they will be able to get a rise in ratings, from now on is only getting worst.

@AKA – Thanks for the suggestion to read ScrewBallNinja. I had also given up on her blog, but I think I’ll give her another try. I found her essays about Emma to be especially good. She says that Emma and Hook this season have been continuing with with Dark Swan arc in S6, which I thought was insightful. She has another recent essay about Emma that uses GIFs to show Emma’s progression from heroine to dark swan. Also, here is a link to a GIF set comparing and contrasting Emma’s reactions to people in need of help from S1 to S6. *sigh* What happened to Emma Swan?!
IDK last time I checked people in S1 that needed her help were not trying to kill her. She doesn’t know that Gideon doesn’t have his heart. So maybe cut her some slack over that? Unless you’re telling me that you would be all honky dory with the person that has tried to kill you twice already and didn’t regret it nor even apologize(and no what he says to her does not count, cause then he betrays her).
Interesting that you leave that part out, but hey when people have an agenda they just do what they have to do to get their point across even if it means ignoring things that are pretty obvious to anyone that doesn’t have an agenda.
I didn’t have a problem with how she talked to Gideon, I had a problem with her and Snow being insensitive towards Belle, who just like them lost her child. This is not how S1 Emma would have reacted.

If you are talking about 603, it wasn’t CS episode, it was Cinderella’s episode, but I guess she doesn’t matter. Anyway, I don’t blame CS for ratings dropping, I blame crappy writing.
Yes, I’m bitter because instead of getting moral ambiguity, complicated familial dynamics, compelling and immersive plots, worlds with a consistent and internal logic, complex themes and characters who don’t just fit into standard archetypal molds and are given space to develop with respect to their traits and personalities, I get writers who treat their viewers as if they were morons, and I don’t like being treated as if I’m a moron.
