becParticipant
I thought that the message he gave to Aurora was genuine, he wasn’t fooling around because not even Hook can be that good of a liar. I am confused though, why would he take Auroras heart, youd think he be against ripping out hearts because of what happened to Milah. Some people are saying the heart wasn’t actually Auroras, but how would that be possible when she was repeating everything Cora was saying..?
[adrotate group="5"]becParticipantAs for the sword fight in the promo c'mon to a pirate sword fighting with a women is just another way of flirting
Yes i thought that too. In the promo it looks like Emma bested him a thrid time. But Hook has fought Rumple, and even though he did lose he was pretty good. So maybe Hook wasn't trying as hard with Emma, because shes never even had any training or experience when sword fighting.
I wonder what Charmings reaction will be when he sees Emma and Hook flirting!
becParticipantThe writers keep saying theres a ‘big twist’ coming when they refer to what happened between Emma and Hook. This ship had definately not sunk, if anything it gets stronger every episode.
Why do you think Cora used Hook and Emmas feelings when she controlled Aurora, shes not stupid, she knows that something is there even if Hook doesn’t want to admit it. Its just buried deep inside because hes so focused on his revenge. But remember what the writers said, Emma will ‘distract’ Hook from his revenge. It may be a while until that happens. This is just the beginning!!Can’t wait until next episode. I wonder if Cora makes it to SB though… I know she will get to SB at some stage, but i’m thinking that it wont be next weeks episode.
Ok that just seems wrong to me lol
Yeah that kinda made me cringe when Hook and Cora started flirting
becParticipantIf Emma was still with Neal she wouldn’t have become the person she is now as Phe stated. Emma had to be strong otherwise she would not have stayed when Regina threatened her and everything else that happened to her whilst she stayed in Storybrooke. What happened with Neal would’ve been tough for her, but its not what she needed to grow up. I just think that August is copping to much hate for sticking to his responsibilities and having good intentions.
Also, I don’t believe in destiny. That would mean we have no control over our actions and therefore no real free will.
Isn’t one of the themes in the show about destiny.. It was Emma’s destiny to be the saviour, but she still had control over her actions. She made her own choice to save the town and fulfill her destiny, she could’ve easily walked away- which she almost did.
becParticipantI agree with craxyfox. If it wasnt for August, the curse wouldn’t have been broken. And she didn’t really have a life beforehand, she was just a young girl who didn’t know any better and all she did was steal- how is that a good life. Also he had a big responsibility in ensuring that Emma broke the curse, I would say he did a pretty damn good job.
becParticipanthaha, sorry but he doesn’t have any chemistry, he tries to, I admit, but so what, he tries that with Snow too.
Thats a big difference. He was more teasing Snow just for the heck of it and to annoy her. I think he does have chemistry with Emma. They didn’t make them have that big and meaningful conversation about love for no reason.
The way i see it, many viewers have become fans of Hook, so if the show kill him then that’ll just make fans unhappy and maybe stop watching the show. The writers respond to the viewers opinions.
I think the show will explore the relationship between Emma and Hook- but it wont happen overnight, it’ll take time. So thats another reason to keep him on the show.becParticipantThey are definately NOT going to kill off Hook. Unless I see a video of the writers saying that ‘Hook will be killed off’ then I don’t believe anything other ‘posters’ say about major events in the show, such as killing off characters. I have never seen Lost, but I know enough to know that Once Upon a Time has a very different plot, and therefore the writers would probably not go in the same direction as their previous show. These writers aren’t stupid, they know that the fans LOVE Hook, so they would never kill off Hook, especially with the chemistry Colin has with Jennifer.
Just because people died on this show who were ‘hunks’ doesn’t mean Hook will die. Also the writers themselves ship Hook and Emma, and they love Colins’ portrayal of Captain Hook. The writers go by not only their own ideas, but also the reactions that the fans have.
I agree that the ratings will most likely go down if Hook dies, but that does not necessarily mean it will happen. I know many people think that Rumple will kill Hook or Hook will be killed while getting his revenge. However my theory is that because Cora is coming to town, she will be the main villian. Therefore all storybrooke residents, including Hook and Rumple may need to team up to take her down. So if the writers take a similar path to this (which i hope they will) Hook won’t be killed.
So at the end of the day, its all about the money. The more ratings the show gets, the more money the wirters get. So i highly doubt they will kill Hook because since Hook has been introduced, the ratings have sky rocketed!
becParticipant– Aurora and Cora are talking only about Emma and Snow (“they just met me”, “your new found companions”) – where is MULAN???
Yes i thought this too. And is it just me or did Mulan look like she knew something that the others didn’t when Snow told her it was the sleepng curse. I have a feeling there is more to Mulan than we think.
“You gonna kill me now? Go ahead. Try”
Hook seems overly confident considering that Cora can easily kill him or rip his heart out. Maybe living in Nerverland for so long has made him immortal…? I think it pretty obvious that Hook doesn’t really like Cora, especially compared to the way he behaved with Emma and Snow. But I wonder why he didn’t try to defend himself and deny that he chose Emma, because the last thing he needs is to get on her bad side.becParticipantI’m thinking that it has to do with when he met her in past fairytale land (assuming Cora is the Queen of Hearts). Maybe he owes her a favour or something. Because both of them are independent, it just seems too suspicious.
becParticipantI don’t understand why Cora would need Hook, she seems perfectly capable of handling herself. And i’m sure she doesn’t actually care for Hook anyway.
