–Belle’s adventure with Merida. I’m all for female friends going on bonding adventures but there was no sense to this one. Why was Belle in the jail to begin with? Why did she bring a book? Why did Merida “choose” Belle (just because she carried a book? Why not kidnap Merlin if she needed magic? Belle herself does not have magic, just a freaking book)? Merida’s overly long information dump about her father (shock! Child feels responsible for a parent’s death!)
When I was watching the sneak peek I was trying to figure why Bell was there at all but as the scene when on I think Merlin knew that Merida would kidnap Belle. And if thats the case then he actually didn’t need help breaking Lancalot out he just needed Merida to see that Belle could help. Which actually brings me to my first mixed feeling about this episode.
Belle using magic: I love that we got to see some more of this side of Belle but considering that she actually hasn’t used that much magic before it might come acoss as a little OOC for some people. It felt more like a “This is what she could have been had the writers paid attention to her as apposed to something we know Belle could do.

The little moments, like Belle giving Merida the potion and then casually mentioning that she switch the potion with water.
Belle telling Rumple that she already knew why he left the Ogre war and why he injured himself.
Merlins voicemail – that was so funny, also it may have been just me but did anyone else get the feeling that Merlin wasn’t talking about Emma when he said that the Dark One had found him? I don’t know just a vibe I got.
Dislike
Rumple at the Town line saying that he didn’t leave the Ogre war for Bae. We know he did we watched it happen. I don’t care what A&E try to convince us Rumple did not run away from the Ogre war for himself.
But over all I liked the episode

One a side note do you think somebody let it slip to Arthur that they had the dagger or do you think Arthur and Charming were just having a conversation about t he Dark One?

When I read this in the ‘script tease’ I thought it was going to be a small sad conversation not a desperate argument. It gave me the chills. I liked it.
Hook and Emma’s conversation, I loved Hook in that moment. I haven’t really liked Hook since season 3 but for where his character is at the moment that was a big step forwards in character growth.
David and Arthur’s car chasing and then car jousting. Also how did Arthur know how to drive just by David saying “Feets for speed, hands for steering”. Or something like that, can’t quite remember what he said.
Arthur and David’s conversations, It felt like a nice blossoming bromance before discovering that Arthur is indeed Shady.
Belle realizing that that the rose petals were attaching themselves to the rose stem again and dropping the plate in shock.
RUMPLES BACK! although I did think they were going to use Bae’s Shawl.
Disliked Regina and Zelena, I just don’t like it when they are together.

Back when Snowing is talking to Arthur in the Mayor’s office they tell him that they weren’t entirely truthful and that their daughter is the Dark One and Arthur realizes they lied but the only way that could happen is if they remembered the conversation they had under the Merlin Tree when David says something like “Our families is being threatened by the Dark One” which comes after they walk into Camelot. But as Rumples Girl says they mention that they only remember walking into Camelot then blank. IDK I could just be remembering things wrong.

Yeah that’s what I thought but that doesn’t explain how Arthur remembered enough to know that Snowing lied about Emma being the Dark One. Maybe I heard wrong.

I loved the seen where Emma was telling Rumple about how much Bea loved him and how much she loved Bea and begging Rumple to drink the potion.
I was in tears.
And of course he drinks the potion so he forgets the beautiful dramatic scene so his first line was …… What the Hell am I doing down here?
I went from crying my eyes out to laughing my head off in about three seconds.
RumBelle wedding – even though his lying to her. It was small and sweet and her dress was sweet
Finding out that Hook sold his ship for Emma was sweet
What happened to Regina was NOT Sweet, poor Regina every time Snow White family tries to do the write thing it ends up hurting her.

and the Beast?We do! There are many people around these parts who are a big fan of the theory that Tinkerbell might be Belle’s mother.
I have a secret theory that Blue is Belle’s Mother. So far none of my theories have happened though so don’t quote me on it.
