I enjoyed and believed the Frankenstein theory so completely, I just made a bet with someone on it., They technically have a near infinite chance (if the character is anything But Frankenstein) but that just goes to show how strongly i believe this theory.

Maybe the other people didn’t know of Cora at all/ didn’t know cora was in the pit. The only one snow mentions cora to is lancelot, who was cora all along. maybe if she had told someone else (unlikely, she trusts lancelot) they would have been like ‘cora who?’ so basically, she pretends to be lancelot for the entire time (even before snow and emma show up), recognizes snow, appears in the dungeon to gain emma’s support/get information, and once snow and emma leave, she can leave the pit (emma and snow will assume she stayed, no one else knows she was there in the first place) and pretend to be lancelot.
