I like that idea that SB is now in the EF rather than in our world
[adrotate group="5"]BelleOfTheBallParticipantOkay so first off… YAY WWW!!! The Wizard of Oz was one of my FAVORITE movies growing up (coming in close with Beauty and the Beast). I cannot express how excited I am to have WWW on Once.
Secondly, I dont understand why they would undo the curse to take them back to the Enchanted Forest only to immediately be put under a curse again to go back to Storybrooke. It seems kinda pointless to me to destroy SB only to have it recreated again so suddenly. I like the idea of them going back to SB to be in our world again, because I hate everyone being separated. But this will now be the third time the curse is cast and I just would like a different way of getting SB back.
On a better note though, this episode made me laugh, made me cry, and made me spill CS feels all over the place. I couldnt have asked for a better winter finale. The writers really outdid themselves!
I too think Emma is looking at the scroll. I know Regina ripped it up and used the magic to turn the green smoke purple so they would go back to the EF, but it really is astonishing how much that looks like the scroll in her hand. I hope it doesnt take too long for her to remember everything. Perhaps Henry will believe everything Hook says (still having the heart of the truest believer).

BelleOfTheBallParticipantBlue’s death just kind of seemed sudden and random to me. I can’t say I was expecting, but once it happened I just felt myself confused. Of all the characters that they could have suddenly killed off I did not expect it to be Blue. Especially since there have been so many things pointing to Sneaky Fairy.
However, I do kind of hope she is dead. Its horrible to say, but she is one of the few characters that we do not have a back story for. She has been involved in several other characters back stories (some more heavily than others), yet we know nothing about her or how she became to be the highest power. Off the top of my head I cannot think of another supporting character that is as prominent in Storybrooke whose back story we have not seen. That makes me wonder where they wanted to go with Blue in the beginning of the show and if that perhaps changed over time and they suddenly felt no use for her anymore.
I wont be upset if they revive her the Peter Pan way and Tink must believe in herself and in Blue in order to revive her. But I think they better have a better explanation than “we believed you back to life”.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantHonestly, I am glad to see Snow doing something about Regina’s threat. From the pilot episode it kinda seemed like she was just waiting out the curse, or hoping Regina would get over her lust for revenge and move on. So it is nice to see Snow realize that she can’t keep seeing the good in the EQ and that if she doesnt take action then she is dooming her kingdom.
Snow usually does have a very cunning plan, so it is strange that she is just kind of hoping this goes the best it can without any planning.
On a different note, it is so nice to see CHARMING again. Not David, not post curse “charming” but actual Prince Charming.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantI like the idea of The Wicked Witch of the West (who we find out in a big reveal her first name is Glinda). They have been hinting at Oz so much recently i think it is a good candidate. Although i must admit i wish they would just relax and stay in Storybrook for a bit. We just finished Neverland, I am not sure i am quite ready for Oz..
BelleOfTheBallParticipantOkay so here are my thoughts:
Although the adoption was shady and the adoption agent didn’t look much into Regina and her town I accepted the story line for what it was. We know that no one could go to Storybrooke to see Regina’s life in action. If they could somehow even manage to find the town, they would immediately notice that each day repeats over and over again and all bets for Regina getting Henry would be off. It would have been nice to see a glimpse of a court scene or something that confirmed there was a bit more to the adoption. But i assumed there was more than what we saw.
I guess my take on it was “okay its only an hour show and so we cant so much waist time on the process of getting Henry as much as on her first few days with him.” I think the important things to take from it were that she was destined to get Henry.
If it was built into the curse like some were saying earlier in the thread than it makes sense that the agent was so easy going. There was a magical element that told him this was the right mother and the right fit. There was a magical element that steered him from the regular procedures. I would accept this – that Rumple made sure that was the child she would get and so when the time arose complications that would have prevented that (ie. coming from a non-existent town) were overseen by the agent.
From what I understood from the episode there was the parents who originally adopted Henry but pulled out when he got to Boston, Regina, and then the DB when Regina was ready to give him up.
BelleOfTheBallParticipant“One of the reasons we’re showing [this flashback] right now, in our 52nd episode or whatever, is to see in Neverland how far this woman has come,” Kitsis explains. “You see what she was like as a vengeful Evil Queen, and you see her now in present day as Henry’s mom.”
This line intrigued me. I hope when Regina first gets Henry she still has these Evil Queen moments to her. Like when he cries she cries or something like that.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantCould i please be the keeper of Aurora’s fabulous new Season 3 hair?
BelleOfTheBallParticipantTwo sneak peaks today! Oh so wonderful!! I am excited to be back in old EF right before the curse. Though considering this is the episode about Regina and Henry I doubt we will be in the EF for very long. I am thinking this is right before she gets in her carriage to head to the Charmings.
Rumple singing is perfect – crazy sparkly pre-curse Rumple is just so funny.
So Regina definitely goes to Rumple to fill the void in her heart after Owen rejects her. I wonder if she keeps this conversation in mind when she asks for his help? If she tries to tell him he was right and she needed his help and cursed Rumple is just so confused by the conversation.
