I don’t agree, Marty…….that woman is obsessed with Gold or in “love” or whatever. Ugh, she gives me the willies……..and my poor baby wants NOTHING to do with her. He just wants his Belle to touch him……get your hands off him, WW and get where you belong: under a house.
[adrotate group="5"]Two things : I admit that even though Belle has barely had screen time, her few moments have been important ones. That said, I don’t like her lack of screen time in non-Belle episodes and that has to change.
Also: Neal’s storyline is really about Emma and Henry, as Adam and Edfy have said; his focus is not really his father. That’s Belle’s story. As such , I don’t see him playing a huge role in saving Gold.
I am now not sure that Belle will see Gold in FTL; if so, it won’t be in Quiet Minds
If Emilie was demoted to recurring and sought other work, I’d be heartbroken. If she got another show, we’d stop seeing Belle just as we did Ruby. I’d take having her in the background over having her gone entirely any day. I know a lot of RumBelle and Belle fans who loved what we’ve seen of Belle so far. More is coming. She’s been filming in studio, remember? I wish you had more appreciation for the show as a whole. 3A has been really good despite Belle not being too much in the forefront. Next week’s ep look positively eerie and mysterious! I love stuff like that.
I think I’d rather see her on another show, making use her incredible ability, even if it meant no Belle. That’s just me, though. I love her so much, but waiting and waiting for something that will never happen makes me unhappy. I’d be ok with Rumbelle ending, I think, in these circumstances (it’s not like we get them on screen much anyway). She’s not even filming with Bobby and the rest of the main cast now. LOL They supposedly reunite sometime around 320 and yet where is Belle? Why isn’t she with him?
I guess in the end it’s different strokes for different folks. I loved 312 – I haven’t seen 313 yet and I probably won’t watch it until Saturday. I don’t know how much more is coming – you trust Adam and Eddy, which is great, but I don’t. I guess I’ll keep watching until one day I………..don’t.

Well I will say this……..the people at ABC who do the Season introductory press releases are clueless. They continue to say that Gold brought magic into SB so he could continue his feud with Regina……… Every time I read that, I cry, lol.

No idea why you think they’re going in that direction. It’s a Sunday 8pm show run by Disney. Even with Regina/Graham, A and E have maintained that Graham had free will and REgina never locked him in a cage. There ARE lines Disney/ABC wont let them cross. That’s one of them. We’re only two episodes in, it’s hard to say what’s coming. I loved Belle using her book knowledge last night in the EF. And I think whatever is wrong with Rumple a good dose of TLK might cure it.
Well they went there with Graham and Regina, but yeah – I think you’re probably right. I think WW will use her sexuality, but obviously we can see Gold does NOT want to do ANYTHING with her – he’s trying to ward her off. What if has been sexually aggressive with Gold for the past year and each time he refuses, she treats him worse. Maybe she doesn’t feed him or let him out of the prison (in FTL) even for some fresh air…I imagine that Gold would fight with everything he has, thinking about Belle, dreaming of her, imagining her. Maybe WW taunts him …oh my poor, sweet baby.
2 episodes in and Belle has all of 3 minutes of screen time. She’s not mentioned in the Tower press release – but everyone else basically is, except for Neal. I mean, if they don’t set off on this “big adventure” in 314, that means that everything happens in 315…… Ugh, that really bothers me. I really really wish they’d demote Emilie and let her find work worthy of her because Belle is a regular in name only – she’s recurring, really, and she’s completely wasted. If it meant the end of Rumbelle, so be it….it’s not like we get them anyway.
Oh and I don’t think “insane” Gold is evil at all…………first of all, I think he’s very likely faking, but even if he’s not, who could blame him for going insane, locked up like that? Of course he has a lot to fight for…… He needs to fight so that this is not all on Belle’s shoulder…. BUT, that’s not the point of my post, so back to my message.
Angie, I love your positive attitude, but being VERY skeptical of Belle’s story is a very valid point and there are many like me who are very upset that 3B is starting out like any other season. I’m not interested in seeing her and Neal set off on an adventure in 315 and have that be the end of it……. that’s just A/E trying to stuff her story in one episode because they don’t intend to tell her story beyond that. Rumbelle barely exists anymore…..S2 apart, all of S3 basically……and it actually appears that everyone is going to Kansas or wherever except for Belle ( recent filming photos show the main cast, but not Emilie). She’s a regular in name only – she should be dropped to recurring. I only hesitate to say this because I guess Em is happy despite her lack of work, but she truly deserves better.

I get the idea of going insane to stay sane, but IMO that doesn’t work here…….It worked in the pilot, when Rumple thought Belle had died, when he basically deteriorated from the moment he found out she was dead. Going insane, letting himself go, was easier on him…..and then, of course, he chose to forget for 28 years because he couldn’t handle the pain.
Here, he KNOWS Belle is alive, even in FTL where I suppose he’s first……caught. How could he not want to do all he could to find his way back to her? To Bae? Now in SB, he’s going to let himself go? Where is the fighter in him? He knows Belle is somewhere near; I don’t like the idea that Gold won’t fight for her, but she has to fight for him.
My initial thought was that he was faking because of the “tricks up his sleeve” spoiler, but the fact that he continues after WW leaves is bothersome. STILL, you’re either insane/raving or you’re not; you don’t turn it off and on like a light switch. He’s able to clearly have a conversation with her without going off the wall… and well, back to her leaving? Who’s to say WW was completely out of the room when Gold continued his cackling. I just refuse to believe he’s given up. He fought for his life in NL when he had a Belle-epiphany; he had everything he wanted and sacrificed his life. There’s just no way I can see him sitting back and letting it go when Belle is out there, his happy ending.
Might I say that I am absolutely heartbroken at seeing my baby treated like this? He’s in a cage, a freaking cage, and being treated like a rabid animal. He’s got that spinning wheel, but obviously he’s not using it to forget, which is another reason I think he could be faking. It hurts to see him like this. I hope Belle finds him
LOL hilarious………..I think I’d like this WW to have a house drop on her in the middle of a thunderstorm!
Interestingly, one of the ONCE followers in Vancouver spoke to Emilie and she was the one who told him that she’s been filming in studio a lot recently, which explains why she’s not been seen much. Hopefully she’s been filming with Bobby or maybe she’s filming “in the library”, with Belle using her brains (this could explain why she’s not with the other mains at the farmhouse…………I hope so!)
