It’s a hard call for the producers (and the actors’ plans complicate things), but a show jumps the shark when the producers stop planning from their own vision and start writing for the fans.
That wasn’t my point, though. RG said that Hook’s death would impact the fans (to me, that’s the only real impact he had). My point was that Adam and Eddy ARE going through with their vision and so Hook might very well die because they wouldn’t keep him on the show just to please fans. By no means do I think this is a guarantee. I think they planned this,. that the actor is not unhappy (necessarily – I don’t think this is the death previously spoiled) and that it very likely is Belle or Bae because (a) the other options are not happening (sorry, no one in the Charming clan is dying) and because it would provide Gold with huge storyline.
That said, they would lose two huge fanbases if Belle were to die……..and it WOULD seem weird that she would have experienced all this tragedy, personally and through Gold’s “death” and then to actually die. That would be cruel treatment of a very popular character (not to mention a hugely popular Disney character). Talk about the death of hope………and this is supposed to be a show about hope?

Hook’s death would be the biggest to the fandom. Belle or Neal would be the biggest to Gold—and then also Emma and Henry. I think it’s Neal. I really do. I’ve been trying to point out a lot of things for all the characters but I think MRJ is unhappy because of the hatred he gets and he’s leaving.

I don’t think this has anything to do with an unhappy person, so even if MRJ is unhappy, I don’t think that would be a reason to kill him off. He seems pretty happy to me anyway…….All the cast seems happy (major). Emilie gets no screen time and while she loves her cast mates and adores Bobby, how much does she really work with him anyway? She works with him more than anyone else, but still she hardly works. I think A/E would absolutely release her if she asked to be let go. True, she adores and ships Rumbelle like no one else, but she’s still an actress who wants to work. Still, she never worked on LOST and she didn’t ask for her release, so even if I thought this was about an unhappy cast member, it wouldn’t be Em
Belle’s death would truly send Gold off the deep end, even with Bae there. Of course, no happy ending for Rumbelle then or Gold……even with Bae still around.

Well the only cast member that has some things on imdb besides Sebastain Stan is MRJ. He has two movies coming out this year. I would be leaning more towards the actor that already has stuff in the books, than a person who doesn’t. Betsy if what you are saying is true than I would say the most to lose from being killed off would be Colin. He moved his entire family to Canada and would be very upset to be killed off.
Honestly, I would imagine any of thes 3 would be upset……. It’s a great set, the cast all adores each other. It’s possible it’s Hook because that could have him go out a hero……..but there are good reasons for he, Belle and Bae to all go.
Also that this person was trashing his/her trailer……………..but I’m not sure this is the same person. This death sounds like it was planned from the start
I’m so nervous……..it really can only be Hook, Belle or Bae………..and I think it’ s either of the latter two because of the storyline it would give Bobby.
I hate this.
