Bo-PeepsParticipant
Hope you *Make it to 8* Jenna 🙂
Yeah, in a message board galaxy long long ago and far far away in a slightly different situation the *haters* were just as insidious then as they are now, only they didn’t have such an open Internet forum to spread their bile. Those who habitually embrace that kind of existence simply mirror a personal soul that is victimized by insecurities and self-hate as well. They are easy to spot and because of this medium, easy to side-step.
I am also in the camp of *wait, see, react and let it flow*, but it gives my somewhat jaded but still hopefully romantic soul  a kick in the pants to see other’s such positivity towards TLK 🙂

Bo-PeepsParticipantHook haters aren’t interested in proof. They are only interested in searching for excuses to love the Hate.
the haters aren’t important.
CS’rs driving attitude is concentrated on seeking and loving the Love.
And yes, rumplegoldfan, you are right…”loading the dice” is such a wonderfully multi-layered metaphor !!

Bo-PeepsParticipantIt is going to be a busy episode as usual. TLK or not (and with Adam and Eddy you can expect nothing but being totally played!) we’ll certainly see our favorite duo inch closer to…whatever! A&E are in overdrive to get their  story lines laid out. I’ve basically emptied my head ( which takes increasingly less time to do these days!) of all “what ifs” and intend to let it flow and then hope for some afterglow!! because if nothing else… we’ll KNOW we’ll get the hormone spiking luscious leather hunk in a trunk moments! Hubba hubba. enjoyyyyy!

Bo-PeepsParticipantI am certainly loving THAT little gif gift, surayya!! Who needs fanfic when you can just suck up the yummy visual and all it’s deliciousness.
So, Adam and Eddy wrote this one? Hmmm. Anyway, I have no feelings one way or the other about a true love’s kiss this episode. Expect nothing but one gigantic manipulation. Hook and Emma have been the big tease for a long time with these guys and their preciousness in #no spoiler talk has always been one that could not be trusted . They lie. (SNORK) They play the double role of teasers and deniers and to add insult to injury they always talk as if a third person has more control over things than they do. They also talk about things being a certain way for *a long time* and then within two minutes of the next episode, the long time vanishes. Coy to the bitter end.
It would certainly seem that Zelena wants a lip lock desperately, but really…with her current powers she has to… throw him in the trunk of a car????? Silent moment of *duh, what? WHAT? Whhhhattt???* Why make a whole *Soprano-ish* scene out of something she has already said to him? However, it is not all a loss considering we get the lovely scene of a prone, rather helplessly trussed Hook, a big juicy red rose run seductively across his lips, a *like old times*  cocksure snark and a defiant pout cross those “luscious lips”.
….On second thought, I official quit complaining about the less than brilliantly written scene.(wink)

Bo-PeepsParticipant Would Emma count? Even though Hook loves her – she is not yet his. Does possession of said love count? The reason I’m still leaning towards the JR theories are 1. its missing 2. no people are missing. every’s loved ones are still there as far as I can tell. Anyone notice missing people?
Well, you can’t get much more missing than dead (grin). I would say Neal qualifies.
Especially if the magic half of the Neal/Rumple was doing the actual casting. Existing in Rumple’s body, only one heart would be necessary to sustain them. But Neal’s brain still functioned perfectly. The minute he left Rumples physical body, he died. No heart. He, through Rumple, used it to cast the reset curse and send everyone back to Storybrooke (give them a fighting chance against Zelena because Emma could get there, if Hook could get to her in NYC.), and make the ultimate sacrifice for *ahem* the completion of his redemption arc* , thus die a real hero <--- sound vaguely familiar a plot suggestion for ...someone?!! The real irony is dying a hero while using a villlian's body! Emma wouldn't count since Hook didn't cast the curse. BUT, giving up the Jolly Roger is still quite possible in exchange for realm passage to NYC :)[/spoiler] Anyway, just an idea. The others were taxing my brain too much! And thank-you, rumplegoldfan 🙂 It is nice to know my ravings can be understood 😉

Bo-PeepsParticipantOK, I lied HEH. I am still at my computer for one last post.
I adjusted the guess.
If I recall, didn’t Neal thank Hook for helping while he was in the hospital before he died? And Hook replied that he (Neal) would have done it too? Could be Hook, Neal AND Rumple had a hand, hook, heart in casting the return to Storybrooke curse.
Maybe Neal/Rumple (together again after the Zelena enforced *bonding*) cast it in EF, and then asked Hook to use the enchantment powers of the Jolly Roger to go find Emma so that she could save everyone from Zelena, but in Storybrooke. Rumple could have used Neal’s heart (by Neal’s directive) as the thing he loved most for the curse since he was essentially co-habituating with him and Neal only lived through him at that point. They only, technically, needed one heart, right?
Neal/Rumple under mostly Neal’s influence (he seemed quite sane when he controlled the mind of the two of them, and was rather separate from Zelena’s control for awhile…Â could have gotten word to Hook.
Then when Neal thanked Hook for his help in the hospital before he died (and he knew he was going to die, only one heart between he and Rumple) and Hook said *you would have done it, too*, that was a heads up to what happened to The Jolly Roger…a switch for a portal transfer and the memory potion (which could have come from…Glinda?) to go get Emma.
Gone…poof

Bo-PeepsParticipantOne more and I am stepping away from the computer for a bit (HA). Maybe Neal AND Hook cast the curse, and part of it was Neal asking Hook to give up the *thing* he loved the most in the world they were in…the Jolly Roger.
Heh…ok ok, I am stepping away now and leaving the conjecture up to more energetic minds!
***Always in search of a good flock***
Bo-PeepsParticipantHmmm, could Neal have cast the curse? He did say to Belle when they were walking to Regina’s castle after being sent back to EF that he hoped he didn’t have to curse everyone to get what he wanted regarding his dad, didn’t he? (I am shaky on certain details).
That would be a kicker.
***Always in search of a good flock***
Bo-PeepsParticipantI do, too, Jenna_B!
…and didn’t Neal say something to Hook before he died about thanking him for doing something? And Hook answered that he(Neal) would have done the same?
could be everyone was involved!
***Always in search of a good flock***
Bo-PeepsParticipantTheorizing is certainly fun and mind tweaking but Adam and Eddy have a set of brain cells that are on a totally different level than the rest of the known universe! 🙂 They make whatever they want to happen, happen
From the already gaping plot holes created over the last 2 1/2 years, we know that some holes just won’t be filled.
It would be kind of cool if Hook or any non- magic character was able to cast a curse and I’m hoping they actually go that route. Multiple curse makers would be exceptionally fun. Inspite of plaintive cries of “they can’t do that~that is out of character!” from some, all the characters are thankfully going through progressive personality growth while still maintaining their core appeal and that makes for much more interesting entertainment and keeps everything from stagnating.
The sneak peaks and BTS photos are purposefully misleading and created to mess with us (grin) but with certainty, regarding Hook and Swan…
They are both very much alive, seriously connected, not wallowing in a dead past and have nothing but new adventures (and costume changes!) in the remaining episodes!!
That is very good for the joy factor even with some twists and turns in their road…which this season they have constantly walked side by side.
