Bo-PeepsParticipant
That is a great pattern, Rumples Girl. Lovely job!
Lots of patience in that picture (grin)

Bo-PeepsParticipantAll you can do, SK, is literally ALL you can do. And you did it by drumming up the entire fandom. You did yourself proud.
At a certain point, and there is no way to prove it, the individual websites can ( and sometimes DO) put a freeze or a fix in. Allll about the hits to them. Not about the *heart* of fans like you.
But you know, those who love a show and its characters, will still love them no matter how many polls flash across the Internet. The important numbers are the ones that determine viewing ratings. OUAT is in good shape.

Bo-PeepsParticipantSomeone here will surely know where the snippet of a clip was that showed David unconscious on the ground and a hooded figure looming in the background.
Could this be the same figure as in his truck mirror?
I don’t know if I will follow spoilers this time. This episode looks too good to know too much about!

Bo-PeepsParticipantLot’s of great one liners as always.
(I adore mary Margaret again…”banditry” snork.)
So glad the banter level has kicked up. He is so adept at snark 😀
I did get the impression from Hook’s eyes during the first Neal mention that he knew more than he was saying, even though I also thought there was a tad bit of consoling to Emma after Grumpy’s blunt comment (I love Grumpy!) and I couldn’t help hearing the unspoken cliche “a little birdie told me” during his three line, typical A&E, plot advancing synopsis of what happened in the missing year.
Good stuff! All around.

Bo-PeepsParticipantCriiiipes!
Seriously grim reflection in David’s truck sideview mirror?
Emma to Hook..”What aren’t you telling me?”
…Dad’s hurt?…Neal is a hooded monster/dead?
Rumple and Zelena in a tad (cough cough) intimate looking side silhouette?
The cage is empty? Mad Rumple is on the loose?
Father Daughter dance?
Exorcist doll??? Psycho music?
(Wes Craven have you joined the production staff??)cripes.
(grin)But, I am glad Charming is getting some spotlight.

Bo-PeepsParticipantThank you 🙂
It keeps my hands busy when my mind starts to wander too much (wink).
Hope everyone will continue to post their creative arts here!

Bo-PeepsParticipantBo-PeepsParticipantI so enjoy reading all the deep thoughts about the characterizations and plot devices/scenes because I have too much aging induced ADHD (grin) to join in on the conversations. You all express the detailed thoughts very beautifully.
So, thank you for that! It is much appreciated and is part of what makes the CaptainSwan community so very cool.
I go more by the (very personal and opinionated, and not going to change) “gut” (grin) …and, all things considered, the *aura* of what is clearly placed in front of our faces.
As written and portrayed, Hook and Emma, have ten times the chemistry than Emma and Neal. It fairly blasts off the screen. And the writers know it. Even during difficult, heartfelt scenes between Emma and Neal, Neal comes up often bland and rather shallow. His delivery of lines is all basically surfer dude and lacking genuine emotional depth. He does a *walk through*. Most of the torment we saw in younger Bae, sadly, got lost in the translation to adult Neal. (And to be totally shallow and unfair myself, Neal always looks like he is about to burp.)
Emma’s starry-eyed teen love for him was short-lived, ill-advised and produced a child. First love is almost impossible to forget. The good AND the bad. We all tend to over state the *star dust*. Nothing in the present woman (molded by all those experiences) shows why she would have any real interest in the man Neal turned out to be~ except to protect Henry from feeling the same anxiety she suffered in the *orphan* mode. She clings to the *baby daddy* concept because she was so devastated from not having the picket fence family. Projection can be a powerful motivator.
Hook is a flawed, tortured romantic. His passion for Emma is very much in the present… and deep. For all his delicious snark and wit, though, he is an old, passionate soul. Whether she ever admits it to her freaking self or not (pursed lips) he is the challenging, loyal and deeply satisfying emotional match to her stubborn, hopeful and deserving heart.
So says my old guts!

Bo-PeepsParticipantYeah, I was trying that, RumplesGirl. 🙁
When I put the IMG URL for forums from photobucket using the camera/notes icon in the post menu, I got one of those dreaded slashed circles.
Not sure what I am missing.
I’ll try again later, thanks 🙂
***Always in search of a good flock***
Bo-PeepsParticipantthis is a total test…
that did not work! lol
Photobucket doesn’t translate I guess 🙂
