now we can see Emma accepting her feelings for Killian
EXACTLY because as we know, she is already head over heels for him, she just hasn’t allowed herself to fully realise the depth of those feelings. I’m soooooooo excited for 3B, we’re gunna be seeing some pretty significant character growth for Emma 🙂

@obisgirl – yep totally agree. Even Emma said “But it won’t be real”.
The fabulous thing about what the writers did there, is that they will have helped to erase some of Emma’s pain. Even though her memories of raising Henry won’t be real, she’ll still have them, and will still know what life with him was like. And plus they have one whole REAL and HAPPYÂ year together and it’s just amazing, because she’ll come out of that very changed, I think. I would imagine at least half of her emotional pain was as a direct result of having to give Henry up. And again, because she’ll know what her life would have been like had she kept him, so too will some of her pain towards Neal disappear. I don’t think it’s a good thing romantically for SF, but I do think it will help Emma IMMENSELY in the process of forgiving him for his actions. And in turn, that will also help Emma open up more to Killian.

I can’t decide on a favourite part of the kiss, all the parts are fabulously beautiful (though I have an EXTREME weakness for the nose rub at the end uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh).

What I love about that scene was that it CANNOT be invalidated by anybody. The Cave would have killed anybody who told a lie. Killian told the first secret, didn’t have to be pushed or anything, without even knowing if it would WORK, in order to start building a bridge. And interestingly the bridge wasn’t from Emma to Neal it was the other way around. The symbolism of that is pretty wow. Anyway, Killian told the secret, SELFLESSLY, in order to reunite what he perceived as True Love.

What gets me is that this is supposed to be a “ship and let ship” community and yet… I and some other CSers feel like we can’t step outside our thread because of Killian bashing.
I didn’t think there were a lot of haters on this site but from what I’m hearing….. yeah. Thank goodness I haven’t seen any of this stuff.
I like that we don’t have to resort to hating Neal in order for our ship to sail on 🙂
