AGH sorry guys you missed all the rest of my freakout this morning. IT’S ALL I CAN DO TO KEEP UP WITH THESE SPOILERS OMG. Anyway so i asked ihearttvsnark if it was REALLY as big of a line as “As you wish” and she said probably NOT, reconsidering, but it’s up there with it!

EXACTLY. The only thing that could possibly top it is “I love you” hahaha, and i told her to warn me if it was that because i’m not preparing for that kind of COMPLETE AND UTTER MELTDOWN until 3×20 or so bahahahahaha

In case you needed more reasons to love Hook even more than you already did, this is the first time he sees Emma cry, but out of respect all he’s able to do is ease her with words. All he can do is reassure her of his perpetual adoration without any physical contact. This man’s love for her goes beyond anything he’s ever felt, and in this moment, along with numerous instances prior, all he’s ever wanted to do was hold her. He’s wanted to be the reason she feels a sense of security for so long, yet he’s never been able to give her that, it’s imaginable how deeply it physically and spiritually pains him. He’s never crossed boundaries with her because he cherishes her as his graceful swan and fierce equal whose desires are always valued.
