I love how in the Cave scene from Dark Hollow, instead of Emma asking Neal more information about the Hollow, she turned to Hook for that explanation. I mean, Neal’s lived in Neverland before and would know more information, but nope, she asked Hook to explain it to her.
And the pixie woods in 3×08 🙂 Perfect ship is perfect!
@zoeandnimo – honestly i think they had to make it known because it was leaking everywhere. I think we will find and/or figure it out for certain before it actually happens, but to be honest i’m still standing by Neal as my choice for this. I have said this a MILLION times and I feel like it has fallen on deaf ears. This “love triangle” Is not some recently soap opera-ish Stephanie Meyers OMG but I want them both love triangle . This a classic literature love triangle. A formula written and created as far back the 12th century. Probably further but I don’t want to show how nerdy I am.
What A & E are giving us are a non existent love triangle. 3 people involved but the leading female has an idea who she wants and has chosen WAY before the reader gets to the actual reveal. The 3rd male is usually a suitor who is just there either as a plot device, an other option or an old flame.
Romeo,Juliet, Paris: One of the original love triangles. Paris was just a plot device to increase the drama of the plot. Besides us knowing the title he was never meant for Juliet.
Tristan,Isuelt and Mark: The 12th century love triangle that proves love is a choice and the lengths we go for it. Isuelt stays with Tristan even after the love potion wears off because she loves him. She does everything to be with him and protect him. Mark may have been her husband but she went to great lengths to be with Tristan.
Angel,Tess and Alec: Alec was horrible to her. Destroys her. Tells her Angel will never return for her. Let me just say Angel was no saint either but Tess held onto that love for Angel after everything.
Elizabeth,Mr. Darcy and Wickham: Do I even need to explain this triangle? Talk about fancying a guy just to come and find out he is a douche and the guy you thought was a douche is really a hero. Does this all sound familiar? This is the most well known of nonexistent love triangles til today. We all love this story and Elizabeth and Darcy.
They all made the decision on who to love and when. The authors never really needed a death to make an easy option. That is a cop out. That would have been a cop out for the female character. Adam and Eddy are writing a classic tale not some teeny bopper story.
Death of a side of a triangle is not resolution. As a matter of fact it brings added guilt if the female has not made her choice known. People need to understand how writing really works and not how they think it works because media thought some really bad writing would them a few bucks.
