Good point. August’s goal is quite clear. He needs Emma’s magic to heal him. But Mr. Gold…not so much. I can only speculate that he wants the curse to broken so he can leave Storybrooke look for his son.
Yes, I think Mr. Gold wants to break the curse only so that he can finally be freed from Storybrooke and look for his son. However, I think there may be a secondary reason for him wanting the curse broken too. I’m just not exactly sure what though.
Magic was what got him into this whole mess. Magic helped his life and yet destroyed it ay the same time. It got him power which he so desired but drove his son Bae away. In the end all said and done did he want magic or his son more? Which does he regret the most? Yes, he wants no magic….if he can have power without magic as he does now than he can live with it.

I’m still thinking about my theory that she’s working a long con. Turning Pinocchio human … putting Gepetto in the position to know what’s going to Pinocchio when the curse is enacted … then leaving him there to tell Snow White to go through the wardrobe instead of doing it herself …
Did anyone else find it odd that she so blatantly left Gepetto to tell SW when she knew how he felt about it?
The question is, what would she get out of that? Pinocchio in our world and Emma effectively left on her own? (Because even if Pinocchio/August stayed with her, I’m not sure how much he could do as a 7-year-old within the foster care system. They probably wouldn’t have stayed together long one way or another.)
Yes, it was it was odd. She felt it to be very important and was extorted into letting Pinnochio go. If it was really important then BF should have told Snow herself. If you want someting done right you do it yourself. Then again sonehow someway it was kind of understood that Snow would never leave Charming nor vice versa and besides it can aloso be Pinnochio’s last ultimate test to be fully human. Afterall he is turning back into wood now.
charmingParticipantYou need to remember the character of Pinnochio was at one point dislikeable until the very end when he committed a brave selfless act to save him and Geppetto. He became real bot because of that brave act and besides leopards do not change their spots. He like Charming needs to dislikeable so we can like them more later.
charmingParticipantEmma was seen leaving town with Henry. Does anyone think the request from Gold is for her return?
charmingParticipantIt seems both August and Gold do have a common goal and that is for Emma to believe. August seems indebted to Gold because the fear of death makes people desperate and Gold does have a knack for identifying a desperate soul.

Right Wonderland was another world but traces of Wonderland does not exist in SB. Except Jefferson and who knows how he got to SB we think curse but do we know for sure? The answer is no but he certainly could have. Traces of FTL does exist in SB strange isn’t it? If it is suppose to be a whole new world but yet traces of the old. Think of who enacted the curse….Regina. Did she create it or knows what the entire result was going to be? The answer to that is no because had she it would have worked the first time she tried it. Rumple created it and he knows all about it I bet. If FTL was destroyed why not destroy everyone in it as well? He needs everyone in FTL to help in whatever he intends to acomplish. He wants to find Bae and it seems everyone is a part of it. Regina’s goal is to destroy everyone’s happy endings and Rumple’s is to find Bae but is destroying FTL part of it or can it just be a by product of their goal. Either way if they can both do it without destroying FTL they’d do it.
Personally I dont think Rumps gives 2 flying figs about anyone other than himself (& Bae of course)- he uses people to get what he wants- if he can use you to move towards his goal he will, if you get in the way he will crush you. I think everyone came along for the ride because it was the only way for him to get to our world that he was able to come up with- after all he doesnt care if all their lives are ruined (he is the dark one lol) as long as he finds Bae š
True he does not give a flying fig but his power comes from manipulation. When you are all alone you have no one to manipulate thus no real power. Even though his main goal is to find Bae, he knows he cannot do it all alone. Yes he is the dark one but that power in rendered moot in SB. He enjoys achieving his goal through others’ efforts and when things goes sideways he also needs scapegoats. (Regina did both for him)

I don’t think that it is possible that Rumpel is Charming’s father and Henry’s grandfather. He would then be Henry’s great grandfather. I actually find that very unlikely.
I agree. I believe he is neither. It final result works out better if it is so.
charmingParticipantThe Blue Fairy was called the original power, not ultimate bad nor good. Right side means neither good nor bad side, it is a matter of perception. She has helped everyone she’s encountered so far whether they liked what the result was or not the choice was the right one good or bad. She does have an ulterior motive yes but again it will be for the right side; good or bad. There was nothing sneaky about her and if sneaky means not trusting Rumple/ Gold then yes she is sneaky because he is a snake and cannot be trusted unless you have a deal with him.
charmingParticipantI picked Snow but Emma and Charming would be next. Let’s face it the whole story is focused on these three characters. Charming does have a very bad rep but right now he is a regular guy and what regular guy has any kind of a chance these days. He does not have money, power nor influence in SB. Everyone was going to pick Rumple. Carlyle is a great actor and plays a great character and we all cannot take that away from him.

I understand using your imaginations to speculate and theorize and you know that is all good. It really is but if there is no evidence to support any of this you are all making wild guesses based on what you all want to happen. There is nothing to support either James nor Henry is related to Rumple/ Gold. Do not get me wrong I can except it if they do say so. However, we do not know the fate of Bae. Nothing suggests anyone knows for certain of it either.
