Now with all that is said. What if the deal Emma made with Gold is to have her leave and never return. After all Rumple did say to Cinderella I will get you baby in this world or the next, no one breaks a deal with me. The new deal struck is to negate that one so the consequences are not going to be light. It is not going to be for half a sandwich or any favor that he can do himself. He is not going to use this deal up for a petty thing it is going to be major.
I was thinking about this the other day & I think he’ll use it to be pardoned- after all Emma is the princess of SW/PC kingdom & she’s an adult so will have a say- if they stayed in SB then she’s Sheriff so is still the only one who he can get to let him off the hook when everyone remembers – he out right said he hates being in a cage.
Never thought of that. That is possibility. Now is it a last resort pardon or was it the plan all along. Was plan on having things go sideways.

Look, yes Rumple is in control of Storybrooke but everyone in SB thinks its Regina. She is just a pawn in Gold’s plan whatever it is. Like everyone else he comes across or rather comes to him need something and gives nothing in return unless the benefit favors him whether it be now or later. Everyone is a pawn who come to him for help and are indebted to him. Everyone will blame Regina for all of the bad things that will come about and not realizing that Gold is the real enemy or not. Belle is his weakness Regina holds onto her because she is her nuclear option for fighting Gold. With respect to belle either in FTL or SB it appears Rumple/Gold loses it and in a bad way. she means a lot to him and most likely regrets everything that transpired between the two of them. Belle is the key to Gold/Rumple. She will become more in important in the future than we realize. I call that she’ll be a regular or at least see her often enought in season 2.
I agree with every word you just said! Except for the part about Belle becoming an official series regular. I see her as more of reoccurring character that will have numerous appearances throughout the series, but not an official slot in the main cast. But then again, if her new show doesn’t do do well, then who knows. 😉
The fact that the writers are waiting so long to show us Belle again tells me that she’s going to play a big role in the finale. They’re doing the same thing with August’s identity. Whenever a show makes its audience wait, that means they’re planning something big. The producers have been pretty tight-lipped about Belle’s return which leads me to believe that’ll be really important. But one of the writers did say thatBelle will play a significant role in the season finale.
Ok. Belle could in the future appear as often as lets say Red or Granny. Yeah, if Belle does become a regular she can be over used and then the Rumple mystique will wear off. Rumple is Rumple because of the mystery.

A-ha! You speak with both/and, inclusive logic rather than either/or dichotomous logic. How imaginative!
I am use to double thought; one I am a gemini and two I follow a taoist belief..
charmingParticipantPoint taken. Pictures do say a thousand words. The way I see it there are three thousand there. She needs to meet them and speak to them not just be in the same photo or room as them and perhaps notice their personalities. She’s been in the same room as Leroy so she knows he’s “grumpy” and has seen sleepy yawn and Mr. Clark sneeze. Now she needs to see the others be happy, bashful and dopey be their personalities and doc well lets just say meet him.

As I’ve read your recent replies on many different threads in the ONCE forums, I’m VERY impressed with your sharp mind and articulate voice. Logic comes easily to you, or so it appears to me. I’m glad you’re up for some “illogical” imaginativeness. 😀 .

When I first read all these new calls I thought I had missed something on the podcast last night, but listened this a.m. and Wonderland wasn’t even talked about. Wondered where the influx of Wonderland calls came from, though.Hope K&H have more Wonderland planned for next season to answer everyone’s Wonderland calls.
😆 I was reading another forum where someone suggested QoH could be Snow’s mother, then they elaborated that maybe Cora was QoH sister. As I think that Cora IS QoH, I started thinking about it and come up with this whole potential storyline around Cora being QoH and Snow’s mother being her estranged sister, the White Queen. I mean, really, Snow White is a pretty odd name to give to your child, unless you’re the White Queen, then it totally fits. 😉
Now there’s something White Queen and Snow White. That does make sense. Perhaps the Queen of Hearts and the White Queen are one and the same??? Hence the capture of Henry as revenge.
charmingParticipantAugust being Bae right I do not see it. I’m not sure if he is Pinnochio either but there are more hints to he being Pinnochio than Bae. We know not enought of bae to know how he will be as an adult. There is also good evidence of August being the white knight. In fact there is a good case for that. He does have a very close connection to the book and did do something to it. If anything if not any of the above than guardian of the book is a safe bet for now at least.
charmingParticipantHow does one graduate from taking hearts to heads though. I see the magic whether it be taken from or learned or whatever. Ripping hearts out yourself and then telling someone else to take a head is going from something very personal to wimping out and letting someone else do the dirty work you use to do. a person who before they became king or queen was use to doing something because of control issues will continue to do so after he or she becomes king or queen. Taking hearts to ordering someone else to take another’s head is relinquishing some control. They are still demonstrating power but Cora and Regina are control freaks; they take hearts and not trust another to do something of that nature due to the fact that they want it done right.

I agree. In the OUAT universe, Rumpel and the Beast are the same person with the same destiny.
I completely agree. So do you think this means he will end up with Belle, but also die (like in the original Rumple story)!? I am hoping the writers give us a happy ending because they do always tweak stories. 😉
Hard to say…..does anyone really want him to die? He did not start offm evil but gain power which turned him evil. He did these things for a greater good through his experience. Look at his story and ask is he totally evil? Does he go to others to make these deals or does everyone go to him? He does give them an out but he like they do know that the reason they come is to deal and not leave empty handed. Those who have gone to him do not help themselves by returning to he. Not saying those who go to him are bad but they feel that ther is not other way. If they realize the other side of the coin which is one and the same as the one presented to them by Rumple before going to him will the situation be different? Maybe or maybe not but if they do go to him they have obligated themselves to him.
