Belle asked why he needed magic and Rumple said power.

Ref: QoH is Cora’s first born. I wonder when the deal was done– as an infant or maybe it was an arranged marriage, like Regina’s? And where is father Henry in all this ‘wheeling and dealing’ of his children?
Maybe the QoH is Cora’s daughter but not Henry’s. A step daughter would have enough disdain for a step father to want to capture him and besides it is an easier sell. Cora does treat Henry the same way she treats Regina so it does fit. That could explain why Regina can’t ever live up to Cora’s expectations and why Henry’s whipped.
charmingParticipantI’m curious about Henry’s parents too but the direction the stories have gone all season he seemed to be unimportant at the time. Depending on how events play out next I hope they will tell more but the writers have not planted enough seeds to make his appearance necessary.
charmingParticipantDidn’t Rumple say himself in his own words everyone has a choice and is it not true that all magic comes with a price? What price do you think is going to be paid? Hasn’t always chosen power over the ones he loved? He chose not to go with bae into the portal for power and chose power over not having Belle release from the Dark Curse from true loves curse. Time and time again he has forsaken the ones he loved over power. Once again he is bringing magic to SB…why for power once again. Surprise! That is where I am getting this from. So why won’t his ultimate choice be as I have suggested. He has not really paid a price for all that he’s caused for the magic he has used. He’s certainly not going to be paying $200 for all of this trouble.

I guess I figured he was technically dead wood, 😆 😆 😆
But I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to put for that. I waffled back and forth, and I read he will be back next season in some form. But I guess I figured technically he was dead when he became wood while talking to Emma. Whether or not he comes back to life and in what form remains to be seen.Yes we all saw him turn to wood but that was before Emma’s fight with Maleficent and before she kisses Henry and says she loves him “breaking the curse”. We still do not know if the “broken curse” released him form the wooded state. We still do not know if the curse is broken at all yet. Henry says yes but Emma questioned Henry by saying, “If the curse is broken why didn’t they go back?” and Henry said, “I don’t know.” Regina also suggested in a conversation she had with Jefferson that if the curse is broken everyone would return to FTL that was why he could not kill her because he needed her for some reason.

Team seems to have 1 for getting everyone’s memories back (too early to tell if the curse is entirely broken if at all), 2 getting Henry and to share an I love you. Meanwhile, Team Regina gets no points she loses points if anything. Too many to count how many points Regina lost. Right now she has no apparent allies, she’s like they say fresh out of friends.

Jefferson deserves a gold medal for rescuing Belle. No, I’m serious. Someone give this man his reward. 😀
I can’t wait to see where the writers Belle’s her story in season 2. I was surprised to hear that she’ll be in season 2 because there were there were so many cynics who said that she was going to die in the finale. Thank all the gods in heaven they were wrong.
I think Belle and Rumpel will eventually have their happy ending. No one on the show has been able to truly separate themselves from their true love. They always find a way to see each other again. Even when one of them believes the other to be dead (Belle and Rumpel, Abigal and Frederick), they always end up meeting each other again in another life. Rumpel lost Belle in his previous life, but now he has a chance to be with her in this new life. Yes, they will have a ton of obsticals, but like I said before, no one can escape true love.
If Rumple’s happy ending is with Belle where does Bae fit into the equation? He did all of this for Bae and not Belle. He did not know she was alive until the last 15 minutes of the show. I think his happy ending originally did not involve Bae but Belle showing up changed things a bit. If it did come down to a choice between Bae or Belle and had to make only one choice who would it be??? As cruel as it maybe I believe Belle is expendable and he’d pick Bae over Belle, otherwise his whole master plan would have been for nothing.
charmingParticipantThe QoH and Regina act like rivals and there is more rivalry amongst sisters than mothers and daughters. Saying, “I’m the only Queen and she’s just Regina!”, sound like something someone was say to a brother or sister. “I’m an NFL quarterback, he’s just a football player!”

Ok so after the finale my mind has gone wild 😆 I have a LOT of questions here are a few of mine and I hope to hear some questions/theories from you!! : <3
1) ¿How did Jefferson know about Belle/Rumple? He seems to know a little bit too much about Rumple/Regina 😯
2) Will Belle be angry at Rumple for bringing Magic?
3) Because “Magic always comes with a price” Will Rumple pay an “ultimate price” for bringing Magic into a Magic-less land? 😯
4) Will EVERYONE (Cora, Jefferson, Regina, Emma) Get their magic back?
5) Will they ever get back to Fairytale land?
6)Will Rumple find Baelfire with magic??
7) How are the writers going to deal with the age differences in the Charming Family now that the curse is broken…Emma is like the same age as her mother!! it drives me a little bit crazy that they look the same age!!! Will Snow/Charming age 28 years in a day? 😆
1) I think Jefferson and Gold are associated with each other. We just have not seen a connecting backstory.
2) I don’t think so she was not really upset with Rumple in FTL when he had magic. She fell in love when he looked like a beast. He got angry at Belle because he thought he was being played by Regina thru Belle.
3) Yes he should pay the price and it should be Bae because if it not for him Rumple would not be putting everyone through this. Of course it in no way is Bae’s fault but Rumple’s. He should have jumped in the portal with him and now everybody suffers because he was a coward. Belle should not pay any price she’s spent 28 years captured, is that not enough of a price.
4) Yes I think so. Rumple gets his magic back then the price should be everyone gets their magic back. What goes around, comes around.
5) I think they will all get back to FTL. There’s no evidence it has been destroyed.
6) Wouldn’t it be shocking after all of that he finds Bae without using any magic at all. Would that not be the ultimate irony that he did not needmagic to find him.
7) No because that would mean everyone ages 28 years. I don’t know about you but that would mean Granny and Gepetto will be ancient, their old already. Wouldn’t it be interesting if Emma went back to being a child.charmingParticipantYeah, I don’t buy it. Somehow his endgame is more than just getting back with Bae. Those type of people there is always the next time I’ll do it or one mission or one more hit and I’ll quit. They want their cake and eat it too and then some. If he actually meets Bae right nbow I’m not sure if he’d believe it. He was fooled once and he’s not the type that’s easily fooled many times.
