ParticipantSo, it looks like Ana encounters Rumple twice next week. In his castle and in what looks like a barn.

ParticipantI wonder why Elsa started wearing that yellow bow around her wrist.

ParticipantThis title reminded me of a question often asked in the early seasons. Why is it always Autumn (Fall) in Storybrooke? Maybe the icy winter spell has been lifted and it’s back to fall again.

ParticipantSo, what if Rumple takes the hat box, but Belle finds it. What if curiosity got the better if her and she put it on herself?
Or, what if Henry visits Grandpa’s shop, sees the hat, and puts it on.

ParticipantDo you think the author of the book will be…
A bad guy… The ultimate evil, because he/she not only created these evil villains, but defeated each of them by taking away their happy endings
Or
A good guy… Who came after the villains were created, wrote out their happy endings and let only the good live happily ever after.

ParticipantIf that hat sucks in magical beings, then I’m sure if anyone knows how to release them it would be Rumple.
Wonder if Rumple will use the hat to trap a magical person. Or, will he use it to release a magical person.

ParticipantI wonder if some of that conversation was a foreshadowing of things to come. Rumple’s reference to Henry having the lineage of the Dark One and the blood of the Savior sounded like it was put there for a reason, foretelling a future story. Time will tell.

ParticipantPersonally, I think finding the author of the book, and asking him/her to give villains happy endings is opening up a whole huge can of worms.
Meaning, that book has no stories from Storybrooke. They’re all from the Enchanted Forest, before Regina cast her curse and before Regina’s redemption. As far as I’ve seen, the characters in the book are 100% different than the characters we know from Storybrooke.
As a redeemed woman Regina’s happy ending looks completely different than the happy ending the book’s Regina would want.
If the story was changed, and villain Regina was given her happy ending, wouldn’t that ending be a dead Snow White, and Queen Regina with total rule over her kingdom? Wouldn’t Maleficent’s happy ending be a dead Queen Regina?
And, let’s say we go with present day characters. What would the evil Snow Queen perceive her happy ending to be.
If you assume the author is a good guy, you could assume he/she might write some sweet tender happy endings. But, what if the author was himself a villain. Maybe he’d write some creepy evil yummy happy endings where all the villains live happily, evilly ever after. Not sure where I was going with this. I just don’t think this will be as simple as Regina thinks it might be.

ParticipantLooking foreword to meeting “that idiot, from the Southern Isles”. Was he in the Frozen movie?

ParticipantCool, then I’m going with that old guy being David’s grandfather, Yen Sid. Searching for his last remaining descendent, David.
