Is that Alchemy circle thing filling up with water? Like a well of wonders. Or is it wraiths coming out of there? Looks pretty ominous, whatever it is.

I just love the pictures of Rumple spinning gold. That’s when he does his deepest thinking. When he’s spinning.

From the FB page for ONCE

Does anyone else see Shrek on the poster behind Rapunzel…??

I didn’t see Shrek until you mentioned him. But, I noticed the eyes. They sre very piercing eyes, in my opinion. Can some be watching David and Rapunzel through the eyes of those gargoyles?

    @Runaroundmacy

    WOW!!!

Now I’m even more convinced that someone was watching Emma and that somehow mirrors are going to play a big part in all this.

What if Zelena is also Ozma? Is that possible?

It’s gotta be someone really good if they play a part in concluding this season’s finale.

Or, someone really bad getting ready to make their move in season 4.

I really really really hope someone at least tries the water on the wicked witch trick. Just too obviously funny to pass up. I’d love to see Zelenas reaction and the reaction of whoever was brave enough to throw water at her. Obviously it won’t work on her.

I also hope that if someone really is watching through, the mirrors, that it’s someone good, like Ozma or Glinda.

I’ve never read the Oz books, so thank you to Keb and others for their insight to the original Oz characters.

Runaroundmacy, you are a wonderful example of why I love these forums so much.

I never noticed how often mirrors were used. I really need to rewatch. I’ve seen others mention mirrors being used, but not to the extent that you have.

And the water..I never noticed that either. Maybe it’s another way to reflections. This seasons camera angles have been so interesting.

Reflections, mirror images, one persons actions mirroring someone else’s actions, reversal of roles. It’s all so very interesting to watch it evolve.

It would be wonderful to learn in one of the final episodes that there really is someone else watching through reflected images. A new big bad for season 4.

It was creepy how easily Cora found Ana’s weakness, her mother, and then played into that weakness. Ana was putty in Cora’s hands. She was easily molded into what Cora needed her to be.

It was amazing to watch the total transformation of Ana as she embraced her newfound powers of magic. Her whole body language changed. Her posture, her swagger, her facial expressions, her confidence. Wonderful acting by Cora as well. I really loved their scenes together.

What if Rumple didn’t actually select Regina over Zelena? What if he knew he would need BOTH sisters? What if he sent Zelena to Oz because he knew he would need her later, meaning now. As if he trained both sisters, one to use to cast the first curse, one to use later.

Perhaps he didn’t know the details, but he did know he needed Cora’s firstborn daughter. So, he sent Zelena someplace in the EF, trained her in magic, then sent her to Oz so he could use her later. or, maybe he trained her in Oz. I had the impression though that Rumple sent Jefferson to Oz because he couldn’t go there himself.

Rumple is my fav, and I hate thinking he’s at such a disadvantage. I want to believe he’s somewhat in control. I want to believe that he always has a plan B up his sleeve. Plan B = Zelena’s wrath, her madness.

Such an interesting dynamic between these two sisters.

It will be interesting to learn why, when, and how Cora sent her to Oz. or, did someone else take her from Cora? was she a baby, or a young girl? Was she hidden away in Oz to hide her from Rumple, who wanted Cora’s firstborn daughter? Was she sent away because Cora chose power over her baby? Was Zelena a baby who didn’t feel the heartbreak of being sent away, or was she a sad confused scared young girl?

Rumple trained Zelena in magic. Was Cora there as her daughter was being trained? How did Zelena know that Regina was also trained by Rumple?

So many questions. Without answers, it’s hard to feel empathy towards Zelena. I hope we learn more of her story tonight.

So, putting together pieces of the puzzle, a hooded woman comes into the tower, David pushes her out the window, and then Rapunzel cuts off her hair so the hooded woman can’t climb back up?
