I like the yin yang theory of magic especially as it means that in each good piece of magic there’s a speck of darkness and vice versa, a smart magic user could exploit that. Which could also be how a genie’s magic twists even the most well intentioned wish into something bad.

IMO Blue was trying get rid of the Dark One, she wanted him gone from TEF, and that’s why she didn’t tell Bae about TLK. Or it only worked for Emma because she’s the saviour/child of true love.
Rather than PP being a dragon I would prefer an enemy being slowly built up like Belle and Neal investigating the home office in SB/LWM which then becomes the main enemy in the second half of s3.
Of curse that leads to S4 and the question What’s Next?
Season 2 got lost because the show became invested in setting things up for Neverland I’d hate for that to happen again.
While I doubt Emma/Regina is ever going to be a romantic thing there’s no reason why Regina’s next LI can’t be a woman. Or have a flashback episode reveal she and Maleficent were more than friends.
Vi could be the HO/PP henchman in Storybrooke working against Belle and her attempts to seal the town away.

“Out there” makes it seem like it’ll be a character we haven’t met yet. IMO Regina’s LI shouldn’t be someone she’s cursed or hurt in some way she needs a clean slate with him.
Maybe PP rewards Lost Boys by giving back their shadow? Felix does seem to be some sort of leader.
He could take Henry’s shadow and his heart. Losing your shadow is like a LB initiation, it makes Henry part of the gang, but the heart he wants for something else, probably Rumple related.
Is the shadow that took Bae really PP? I assume PP knows what Henry looks like so checking against the drawing wouldn’t be unnecessary.
