I think it would be interesting to see how they deal with trying to carry on with their lives in SB after everything that’a happened, i thought that would be what series 2 was about but they didn’t really touch on it very much. After a episode or two of everyone freaking out they all seemed to go back to their normal jobs… would they even do that? Belle’s dad was a king in FTL would he just carry on working in his little flower shop? And Regina was ‘asked to leave’ as mayor, packed up and left, but then in one episode she just went back into her office and started sifting through her papers again as if she had never left! So i think there is so much they could do/explore in SB if they really thought about how the characters would try and live their lives and keep their identities secret while at the same time jumping to places like Neverland/Oz instead of doing flashbacks to FTL.
[adrotate group="5"]I don’t think the writers will ever ditch SB the whole format of the show is jumping back and forth from a real world to a fantasy world, detours to neverland/wonderland are to stop it all from getting stale I guess. I am a bit confused about next season though, if the first half of the show is all about the main characters in neverland and then half way through they get back to SB isn’t that the same story we had in season two? There must be other surprises in store as I doubt they would just repeat themselves.
How do you think Regina and Snow are going to relate to each other, now that they’re working on the same side?

HOROWITZ: Just because you want the same thing, doesn’t mean you agree on the methods. And that’s going to be some of the drama there. Despite the fact that they all want to save Henry, they have a long and difficult history with each other that they need to deal with.It sounds like although Regina and Rumple have both turned a corner and are now teamed up with the Charmings they will still be up to their old tricks, which I kind of like the idea of. It wouldn’t have worked for me if they from now on were all goody two shoes and totally redeemed.
Yes I think we’re looking at something like this:
episode 1: present Day NL and SB, nothing else.
episode 2: present day NL, nothing else
episode three: FTL flasback and present day NL
episode four: FTL flashback and present day SB, nothing elseThat’s the kind of structure I’m guessing they will employ in S3. We’ve already ready seen a reduced number of FTL flashbacks this season and taking its place has been present fairy tale land, neverland, emma’s past and even a storybrooke flashback. The episodes lacey and the evil queen where we had FTL flashbacks about Regina/Rumple/Belle toward the end of the season felt like kind of strange and repetitive, while they were enjoyable they didn’t really add anything new to the show overall. I would still like to see the odd FTL flashback in S3 but there are so many more ways they could take the show, there can only be so many times they can show us Regina was on the verge of becoming good before something pushed her over the edge!
Haha Tamara’s trip was one of the best bits for sure! I loved the scene were both emma and regina stopped the trigger from destroying storybrooke, interesting to see that the town was turning back to a forest. After the town was saved it was nice to see the charmings and regina all together.
I didn’t really find the Bae/Hook moments. They weren’t bad I just found them a bit boring when so much was going on in storybrooke that seemed rushed.
I forgot she used the book to wipe Henry’s memories… don’t know if she can still use the book now her powers have been taken. She could become more dangerous without magic and and she seems more inclined to use technology than magic anyway when in our world (‘its not an enchanted box its a phone tap!!!’) I kinda always got the feeling Regina wasn’t even that well learned in magic. We saw she had to ask Rumple to help her change her look, (though we know later she knew how to do it herself,) she got the dark curse from Rumple, she got the sleeping curse from Maleficent (and was unaware of its side effects till Rumple explained) so perhaps without her powers she wouldn’t be that helpless after all.
“Hey, why don’t you guys go hide so when she comes back up we can mess with her mind?” It’s one of those things where the writers stage a scene for drama, without thinking perhaps well, logically why would it play out that way?
Ha, ha, that’s actually hilarious when you imagine them hiding just before the scene starts lol.
So is Maleficent dead now? If she is its kind of a let down that in this episode we find out she’s not actually died all this time and then, in fact, she dies again right away. doesn’t have much luck with visitors coming down into her cave, does she? Every time someone goes down there she gets killed. But I guess why would she be dead this time if she wasn’t truly dead last time??
When Regina mumbled to herself I think she meant ‘we’ve gone too far’ as in they had gone too far into the forest and ran into the dead villagers that she forgot would be there.
I think that Regina was genuine about wanting to be a family again too, up till then I don’t think she ever considered Snow White would want to forgive her but when she realized she could make amends and be good again she really wanted to, but then they saw the dead bodies and Snow started slating her… that would be enough to push someone like Regina over the edge and back into her evil ways!

All the snow and Regina scenes in the forest… I think that despite everything they both still have that bond they shared from when they first met.I think Hook got out of the elevator because Tamara and Greg helped him… interesting to see what will happen now they’ve ‘bagged’ Regina but I kind of hope they go away soon, they annoy me creeping around smirking all the time.
I’m confused about Maleficent. She’s not a dragon anymore? She’s a wraith or what? And how the hell did Hook know her? I guess the reason she’s alive is the ‘spell’ that Regina mentioned that sustains her in ‘whatever form she’s in’ but I thought Regina said in season 1 that Maleficent was trapped in her dragon form…. confused!Favorite moments
-Emma and Regina talking on the docks. Love it when Emma says, ‘unlike you the rest of the world isn’t always… “scheming”… to get what they want’. Love the way she says scheming its hilarious in the context of being aimed at Regina
-Liked all the Bell and Rumple moments in the fairy tale land and how Bell was smart enough to realize that Rumple wasn’t all bad deep down. I also like how she wasn’t afraid of him either they have a really good dynamic as their fairy tale personas.
Disliked
-Regina ‘milling’ or ‘swanning’ (whichever cheap pun you prefer) about introducing herself as the mayor and sifting through papers in her office. How did she get to be mayor again and why would anyone let her???
-Does Lacey know about the curse/fairy tale land? Or is she like the others before the curse was broken and thinks that everything is just normal. And if she does then surely she would hear or pick up on people talking about it all like Greg has been? I know she hasn’t been Lacey for long but it would be good if it was clarified just what she knows and doesn’t know.
