BlockedPlease end this with dignity. No people from the future. No characters getting a half lack luster happy ending. All this time, when the writers were saying they know how they want to end the show…….they should do whatever that is and forget about season 7. I don’t want to see a grown up Henry. I don’t want to see CS’s child. I want to see the current core characters we have finish their arcs properly. But alas if I don’t get my wish, I will say these two new characters are two new people we don’t know. Could be from Disney lore or an original OUAT character (like Emma was). If they are going for a reboot, give me a friking reboot. Don’t give me aged up forms of characters I grew to love. Blah.
I doubt they’ll do aged up characters. Because that costs money and would be time consuming to do it every day. And this show is not going to have the budget to continue that every single day.
There is no way for this to be successful if these two are not connected to our present cast. It will bomb really really badly.

BlockedHonestly, I’m hoping for cancellation. I’ve been hoping for cancellation ever since they fist teased the rebooting the other month. This sounds horrible and it manages to sound even worse with every bit of new news that comes.
I totally get this sentiment but there’s one thing that making me hesitate. If these two people are–like Michael suggests–Henry and CS daughter then it means they show up at the end of 6 and announce (to the audience at the very least) that everyone is dead and they need to save the town/family/the future. And then…BOOM. Cancelled. I am more than ready for the show to be over but for it to end like that…oof. I don’t know what’s worse.
Which is why I hope that they film 2 endings. One like you said for a renewal and one which is a flash forward of Adult Henry reading the OuaT book to his daughter and ending with “And they all lived Happily Ever After” (like Alice did in OuaTiW).
I would hope its a FF to a happy future for Henry and CS daughter with everyone there and Henry reading the book to all the small kids. With all our leads watching.

BlockedIf ABC is planning for S7 to be the end, they may not care what the fan reaction/backlash is to this news and any forthcoming news. They may just let A and E have another season in order to keep getting some money from the show and because ABC dramas are in free fall right now (apart from TGIT, which has already been renewed).
Yeah but who knows how bad the show will fall upon it’s return. Who knows where the ratings will be by May. News like this will effect whether people choose to turn in. Also remember we have an Easter episode again. I don’t even want to think of the ratings for that episode.

BlockedHonestly, I’m wondering if this info purposely “leaked” to TVLine, so that both ABC and A&E could gauge how fans would react towards their potential plans for Season 7. Going by the fan reaction, they could either just end the show this Season or retool their Season 7 plans. I would bet that the majority of the fans would rather Season 7 being used to wrap up a number of the show’s loose ends as opposed to this supposed reboot route.
It could be this as well.
The general consensus I’ve seen and this is on Adam’s twitter “if such and such is not in S7 I’m not watching.” Most people are saying if CS or Regina are not in S7 they’re not watching.

BlockedWhat I believe and many on Tumblr agree is that these two come from the future. Something horrible happened, this darkness that threatens the little girl and probably Henry.
Ah, yes. I see what you’re saying. I think all things considered I’d rather have your scenario…??? (still kinda think both ideas are weak sauce to watch for 13-22 episodes)
It is weak but it is interesting and none of our cast have to age up for it or anything.
It’s also been done many times, the example I listed was DBZ. How Future trunks went to the past to warn the Z fighters about the Androids and Cell and prevent Goku from dying. He didn’t mention whom he was because of his identity was revealed it would prevent his birth.
If it is the CS daughter and Henry those are two familiar characters that audiences would probably grow attach too. Over two random nobodies that are just rip offs of other characters.

BlockedEither way–CS daughter or Henry’s kid–I’m not sure it’s a stellar idea. Henry isn’t the strongest character to begin with. His main job lately is to be in trouble and then talk about hope and family. To rapidly age him up and change his whole character to one of cynical hopelessness is likely to give everyone whip lash. Plus, doesn’t this mean we’d only see our current crew in flashbacks? So the bulk of the episodes wouldn’t have Snow, Charming, Regina, Emma, Hook (I’m not even going to speculate on what’s going on with Bobby, Bex, and Emilie)
You’re of the assumption that this means they’re rapidly aging him up though. That’s not what I think. What I believe and many on Tumblr agree is that these two come from the future. Something horrible happened, this darkness that threatens the little girl and probably Henry. Probably whatever this darkness is has killed all of our main cast in the future, so they hitch a portal into present day SB. They’re the only two survivors. Then they meet our present day cast but hide their identities from them. But their goal is to make sure whatever happens in the future doesn’t happen again.
Think of it like what Future Trunks did in Dragonball Z in the Cell saga
If we going with adults, why not Prince Neal?
Because the audience is not attached to Neal. He’s just a baby. With Henry at least we’ve seen him grow and develop over the years and there’s a

BlockedHonestly dont know what to think of this. Im definetely sold these characters are either from the future or we are in a time jump. I firmly believe the adult guy is henry….but idk about the girl. I would say robyn. Her family is very heavily broken… Idk. I just dont know…. *grabs popcorn* but im here for it ….
Again it cannot be Robyn. It’s impossible. Because Henry is not eighteen on the show. The age range stated between late 20’s to early 30’s. Henry would be around 23-24 if it was Robyn.
He’s not that means it’s after. The little girl is specifically stated as being 10.
Robyn would be at least 15. It’s not her.

BlockedSo Adam new tactic is actually throw the media and call them liars, especially Matt that is one that has been with the show since the beginning, that worked with him on their other show. This is a sad moment for adam.
To be fair Matt specced that Jekyll and Hyde when they were first announced were Scar and Mufasa from the press release for their characters.
I suppose S7 could be exploring what bad thing happened–replacing our traditional flashbacks to the EF/other realms with looking at how “CS daughter” became who she is/what caused her broken home.
Yep and it was probably the death of her parents and many others and now she only has her brother Henry. And they both are basically alone and want to make sure that they can prevent what is coming in the future.

BlockedAlthough, even if is Cs daughter, look at the description, mentions , she comes from a broken home, which means something bad happened, i doubt this is adult version of anyone, might as well cancel the show this year, bc i doubt fans will return to see old versions of characters.
The spec going around is she comes from a broken home because Emma and Hook and probably others died in their timeline. So now a hopeless Henry and his sister have come from the future to make sure it all goes right this time.
This is a plot that science fiction shows do all the time and they have already introduced time travel on this show.
I feel like if this was Henry’s daughter, it would be mentioned. Plus how could he have no hope in his heart if his daughter is there. Something happened to make him this way.

Blocked//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js I’m not sure how to handle what Adam is saying because his usual tactic is to deflect like this, even when there’s tons of evidence (set photos confirming spoilers he tells us aren’t official, for example). And more often than not, these leaks, photos, speculations, ect turn out to be true and Adam just hides behind #nospoilers
He’s a tool. Which is a real shame because I used to have tons of respect for him. The least he could do is be honest with the fans. But he knows that if he let everything be revealed he would basically be kissing S7 goodbye. Because nobody would watch it.
