Alright. So after pondering some this morning I’m going out on a limb here. I’m beginning to align more with Lisa’s thinking that perhaps Neal has been turned into a monkey. (That just sounds ridiculous lol but THIS IS ONCE.)
We know he’s been filming at least through 316 but yet there has been no pictures and people on set (mostly CSers on set) aren’t confirming or denying him.
We also know there’s a “very good reason” he didn’t go to NYC, and we know that there is a flying monkey flying out of the hospital (which is highly suspicious!) Up until I rewatched the HQ version I couldn’t tell if it was the hospital but I think it is.
Oh my. It’s like the Avengers all over again.
Oh and that reminds me! Totally forgot about the quote until now…Fury says, “he’s turned them into his own flying monkeys” (Barton and Dr. Selvig).Hmm…I don’t know, but anything is possible in this show, and the more cryptic stuff I come across, the more I ponder… our poor Neal may be a monkey.

Yeah, that’s the only thing that seems really off to me are the rocks. Hmm.

Definitely looks like SB clothes to me. I actually thought it was EF at first because of the snow, but realized it was just from a little snow Steveston got because in behind-the-scene pics off set you can see snow on the ground.
But I guess it still could go either way… but why the stress to make the town line so prominent in the shot? Â Unless there’s now a “town line” in the EF now that they can’t cross or something…that came over with them…Those clothes on the stretcher seem identical to these he is wearing in this shot. That alone gives me enough boost to believe this scene is SB.

It looks as if there has been a discussion of Rumple, Hook, and Regina for 2-3 pages, and it looks as if Lisa had nothing to do with starting it, she just came in on the tail end.

On the flipside, according to fans, we are supposed to blindly believe Hook is no longer Hook but Killian. He’s seen as justified for changing in a matter of MINUTES, becoming a pirate because his brother just died… And here Baelfire has been abandoned over and over again by people who claim to love him, and he’s done nothing but sacrifice himself to help these people… and had 300 years of being alone… I’m not a hook hater by any means, but just using this as an example… the same people who claim Neal does not equal Bae are the same ones who claim after 5 days Hook is no longer Hook but Killian… a man who turned into a Pirate at the drop of a hat. I’m not downplaying the loss of a sibling. I lost a sibling. My husband has lost a sibling. It HURTS and it never goes away. EVER. But the instantaneous change from honorable navy captain to ruthless pirate was just so so so quick. Granted we haven’t seen the entire story of Navy Killian. But the way they set it up, they led us to believe he was this honorable navy captain. So for now, that’s what we have to go on.
I agree, it’s just not hard for me to see Neal as Bae. I feel like that’s why I love Neal so much. Because from the beginning of S1 I LOVED BAELFIRE, and for someone who has had a life such as he, he’s done pretty great. He hasn’t murdered anyone, he hasn’t committed attempted murder, and he continues to sacrifice himself for those around him WHEN HE GETS NOTHING in return. Absolutely nothing.
His heart is SO BEAUTIFUL. <3<3<3<3 and I have #HopeForNeal to get his happy ending.
