Forgive me for not foraging through the forums to grab the link, (on my phone, so its a little hard) but doesn’t one of the big sites like tvline, or TVGuide or spoiler TV say, “after this ep you won’t be wondering who she is as much as what the (bleep) her agenda is?” I mean, they bleeped it themselves. Sounds like enough ammo for speculation. She has an agenda. Or she really doesn’t and they just did that whole dramatic “what the — is her agenda” just to trick us.

Regina didn’t really answer with any revealing clues about her identity. So on my rewatch I just assumed he didn’t know. Although I guess we don’t know what Henry’s tag said so it could go either way! 😕 Can’t wait to learn more! 🙂

Listened to it for the 4848488559th time after questioning again whether it was Snow or Tamara. Yes I feel like I’m 95% sure it is Tamara. (5% for the randomness the writers could pull out of their hat haha)

Adam also said at Paleyfest we would be seeing Hook return in an “unexpected way” before the season is over. No worries 🙂

That, to me, suggests that it’s a positive change. I’m still betting that Henry somehow gets sucked through a portal to Neverland and Rumple, flashing back to when he lost Bae, choses to try to grab him and gets taken too. 😀 Then the others have to try to get them back.
