Same here. The first thing that popped into my head was the announcer’s voice on a ride at Disney who says “Cagney and Lacey!”

Otherwise, it’d be really interesting if Lacey were HER, the BF, or Belle!
I saw the same website for Lacey. At the top, It says there is an Irish origin of the name as well and thrnIrish version is male(as is mentioned). Isn’t Mr. Gold supposed to be “Irish” ? (His fake memories). I thought I remember hearing it on the show or something being implied.
I don’t really have an opinion on who Lacey is yet, but if it’s Mr. Gold, his full name would be Lacey Gold 😆 😆 😆

Wow! Nice job! I read the first few parts to my husband and we were discussing the whole step-brother/uncle thing. After a few minutes I read the rest, “he is his own great-uncle” and laughed hysterically! 😆 I find that so amusing and funny! I get the funniest picture in my head! 😆

Welcome to the forums! Your english looks great! What region are you from? I’ve only been to Nice and surrounding areas (stayed in Sainte-Aygulf). Some of us Americans talked for 30 minutes about how to properly say “orange juice” in French. I’m sure it was amusing for our French friends to hear us say “jus d’orange” over and over and over again. 😆

My husband and I were only married two and a half years before we moved from FL to TN and we had SO MUCH STUFF. Stuff people gave us that we just couldn’t let go to “waste” and stuff he acquired from tile and remodeling jobs…and then just junk! Junk mail etc. We moved from a large home into an apartment so we had no choice. Thought I was doing a good job at getting rid of things but when it came down to it, I had to ask myself.. do I really need this and want to keep the clutter in my life?
I bagged up the stuff that still had use in black trash bags so it forced me to take it to goodwill and if I didn’t make time for that it would be easy to throw away. We also had like 5 garage sales. And sold a ton of stuff on craigslist. We probably made $1500 on craigslist in a couple weeks just from junk people had given us that we gladly accepted, haha.
Anyway, I kept keepsakes and stuff from school and growing up. Properly labeled. But it came down to those hard questions when we sat in the middle of the pile of all our junk. And with a bunch of silly decor I had picked up and used but didnt really need or want, I just gave to goodwill. I love thrifting so I had acquired a LOT of cute things I got for cheap. But in the end I realized I wanted a simpler, cozier look instead of nick nacks everywhere. I too was a little confused by Emma’s interrogation. But after thinking about it for a while, she really couldn’t have gone all Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and slammed her hands on the table saying, “STOP LYING TO ME!!” (Like I wanted her to)
That would have given away a lot, and it would be a strange thing to do to someone who has just come out of surgery. He would be taken aback, and know something is up. It continues to confuse me, however, that she was so nonchalant in the way she spoke with everyone afterward.
