Alright, I added Star Wars although I’m loathe to add the prequels because they’re not as good as the original three. Of course though, the viewing is up to each individual. Personally I think the best Star Wars movie is Return of the Jedi, just saying.
They were involved with Tron: Legacy which I went ahead & added to the list.
If anything, the movie may not be amazing but it does have some quotable lines.
It’s been awhile since I saw the movie but I do remember Flynn being very upset about Sam harshing on his mellow or something along those lines. Plus he likes to say ‘dude’ a lot which … weird.Either way, you’ve had my opinion.
I’m done.[adrotate group="5"]cruel_fortunaParticipant@Tabby You need to put spoiler tags around the bit in regards to Graham / The Huntsmen; or as you say 'the sheriff'.
Also, this thread is to guess who might die, not a discussion in terms of what has come to pass.
cruel_fortunaParticipantProbably the most realistic outside of the plot of the show too.
Seeing as Giancarlo Esposito filmed a pilot earlier in the year & there might be schedule conflicts if his other show gets picked up. ( However, these guys seem skilled when it comes to scheduling, seeing as they had to do a lot of accommodation scheduling for de Ravin back during LOST’s run. If I recall correctly, don’t quot me on that. )cruel_fortunaParticipantFor all intents & purposes, I’m going to go ahead & pick Henry.
Although, I wouldn’t go so far as to say that he’ll be killed.
I think if push comes to shove, Mr. Gold will use Henry as a tool against both Emma & Regina.
All he has to do is imply a threat & it’s almost certain that both Regina & Emma would do something rash if Henry was involved.Perhaps something even so drastic as teaming up.
I mean, Mr. Gold pulled this with Kathryn, what’s to stop him from using the same ploy twice?Although, you can be quite sure that if Henry finds out who Mr. Gold’s fairy-tale counterpart is, that he’ll conveniently ‘disappear’.
cruel_fortunaParticipantOh, glad you found a place to watch it.
The opposite aspect has more to do with a person’s chi that the physical aspect of the opposing element. So Korra has trouble with air-bending because she is so bull-headed & undisciplined. Water is always moving & that’s the way Korra prefers it & it melds well with her own personality. Korra is always want to be moving & air-bending takes patience which – as she’s demonstrated, she has trouble with.
I have my thoughts on her other bending styles but that’s going into theorizing territory & I really don’t know how much you know about the anti-bending movement & Amon yet. So I won’t discuss it in depth or rather, at all.
But I’m glad you like Jinora, Ikki & Meelo ( the 3 air-bender kids ) – as of right now my fav. character is Korra followed closely by Bolin & Mako.
cruel_fortunaParticipantI’m pretty sure the KorraNation fan page on Facebook still has the first 2 eps. up. Although, I’m not sure if any of the content it available outside the U.S market, my suggestion would be to check Tumblr.
It picks up 70 yrs. post AtLA & it has some of the same ambiance but it’s a decidedly different story.
However, it’s really very well paced & full of laughs, so I’d say as of right now, it’s on the right track.
It’s great but not near the level of amazing as the first series … yet.cruel_fortunaParticipant@mia: Yes, it’s from Legend of Korra ( just after Korra passes her fire-bending test ). I watched the premiere yesterday ( even though I’ve seen the first 2 eps. a few times thanks to it be released over on KorraNation a few weeks back ).
Are you watching the show as well?
cruel_fortunaParticipantWelcome to the forums BigRed.
Fun fact, my university’s ( Arkansas ) team mascot is called ‘Big Red’, `cause he’s a Razorback.
Hope you have tons of fun in the forums, see you around.
cruel_fortunaParticipantThere’s a clock-tower that is part of the old main building on the campus of the university in my town that chimes out the time every hour, I always think of the clock tower in Storybrooke when I hear it chiming in the distance.
( That’s all I can think of right now but I’ll be sure to edit this post, if I think of more. )
cruel_fortunaParticipantI understand that certain hiatuses need to be built in.
But these small hiatuses are going to be the death of me.
Three weeks is killing me, I don’t even want to contemplate what the summer break will do to my sanity.I can understand that thinking but I’d still like a slightly longer second season.
I mean, do you think each season ( provided there will be multiple seasons ) will always have 22 episodes, or do you know how the episode count works? -
