Favorite Moments:
-The big confrontation between Mr. Gold and August. I loved how Mr. Gold poored his heart to August only to find out that August was fooling him. So sad. π₯ I also loved that Mr. Gold gave August his dagger. He wanted to let him know that he was done with magic and power and wanted to return to the loving father that he once was. So sweet.-Robert Carlyle’s acting. PERIOD.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!! ONLY 24 MORE HOURS UNTIL THE BIG SHOWDOWN BETWEEN MR. GOLD AND AUGUST!!!
Ugh, I swear, this show is going to kill me. π―
I know! I know! I feel like we’re getting ready to witness two titans entering the ring! Even though Rumpel is a thousand year old sorcerer and August is a wooden puppet. But hey, it could all work for if he plays his cards right. π
Daniel J. LewisKeymasterAfter reading this interview, I think I’m in love with Jane Espensen. π I’m praying to God that she’s right about certain clues. All of the clues that people are focusing on might be red herrings. But the writers probably want it that way. They want to throw us off.
And I think the episode will go like this: As Mr. Gold is remembering his life with his son in Fairytale land, he’ll slowly begin to believe that August is his son. The similar physical appearance and wounded leg will lead Mr. Gold to think that he’s Bae. Thinking that he’s Bae, Mr. Gold will try to warm up to August and gain his trust in the hopes of redeeming himself in his eyes. But in the end, it will be revealed that August is not Bael, but he is conencted to Bae in some way.
I think after Bae fell into the green vortex, he fell into Oz. The people proclaimed him the new wizard because he had Rumpel’s dagger. (I also a gree with the theory that Zoso is from Oz. I think Midnight Dreary said that). During his time in Oz he meets the Tin Man who later turns out to be August. I think August is a prelude to Baelfire coming to town.
Daniel J. LewisKeymasterOMG!!! The second sneak peek has me way too excited! π π π This episode can not get here fast enough!!!
I find it very interesting that Bae feels less safe now that his father is the new Dark One. You’d think with all that power that he’d feel more secure.
And I agree that he was probably attacked by some of Rumpel’s enemies. However, I have a feeling the fairies had something to do with it. I doubt normal human beings would ever dare to attack Rumpel. And even if they did, they would go down as quickly as Gaston did. So, Bae was probably attacked by the fairies. Maybe they were aiming for Rumpel but hit Bae on accident.
I think it’s the fairies that Rumpel is trying to protect Bae from. That’s why he feels he needs more power. But in the end, he probably fails. But I don’t think the fairies harmed Bae, they probably just sent him to another world. Neverland and Oz seem to the be the most popular theories.
And back to the wound on Bae’s leg. If it was caused by a Fairy, then that means there’s a chance that it could have carry over into Storybrooke. A magical wound may not be able to heal normally like a regular wound. And if that’s the case, ENTER: AUGUST. π
Daniel J. LewisKeymasterThis new timeline tool allows me to make a “print” view that is totally flat. I just have to work with the developers to activate that view without making your browser print the pages. π

I actually think that in my head. “So when did this happen? About 5 BC.” It would be easier with the dates then rather then just picking a year to start from which sounds confusing to me. Does that make sense?
Makes total sense! I already switched what I had added to the new timeline to be in this format.

I really think what you should do is have BC as in Before Curse and those times can go back in descending order like Rumpel become the dark one 300 BC so around 300 years Before Curse. That is how i think of the world in my head. Emma’s birth, as the savior, is the pivot point of their history. So everything before her birth on the day the curse was enacted is BC descending order of years.
Brilliant!

Was Rumpel concerned about that little girl being taken? I need to watch that scene again i think. Rumpel just seems ridiculous in that episode. Not well acted, on my opinion, nor well written.
Whoa. I soooooooooo disagree. I think it was one of the most well-acted and well-written episodes of the entire season. Right behind Skin Deep and the Heart is a Lonely Hunter.
But hey, I guess we’re all entitled to our own opinions. But we should probably keep negative comments about the actors themselves out of the conversation. π
Daniel J. LewisKeymasterIn the new promo for next week’s episode, Rumpel and Bae are seen being sucked into a green vortex. Does anyone have any theories on what this vortex could be? Personally, I think it's Oz. But some others think it may be Neverland, and the green vortex is actually Tinkerbelle.
