ONCE - Once Upon a Time podcast
Reviews, theories, and talk about ABC's Once Upon a Time TV show
She’s looking shaky right now but Regina’s been the EQ a long time. She’ll rise again to sneer and smirk another season.
No wonder sista flies everywhere!
I’d send Sidney in to the OUAT writers’ room with one of his special bouquets. The writers would receive a fresh delivery daily–while I on the other end will be taking copious notes.
After watching the broadcast, I usually use the “look back” service to see the episode again immediately. Then on Monday’s I use Video on Demand to see it again. I usually watch it on VOD a few more times during the week. On the weekend I buy the episode through Amazon. If the DVD set includes extras, I’ll buy it. The episode I watched the fewest times was “Dreamy”; of course “Skin Deep..” has gotten the most play in my household.
And for “The Return,” how was the first Dark One created?
I have one for “The Shepherd”: who was James’ father?
And there’s the mention of time in SB resuming at 8:15.
Favorites: all the kids. Even baby Emma was a sweetie: it looked like she was blowing kisses to Pinoccio.
Loved how quickly Gold got over his anger at August and chose to see the bigger picture.
Least favorite: the BF. She passes snap judgments, she’s self-righteous and lacks empathy. I kept thinking, as she was helping Geppetto, why couldn’t she have shown some consideration for the other father who lost a son? Yes, there may have been many years that passed between “The. Return”and “The Stranger” but what’s a century or two to a fairy? And if she is the original power, surely she knows Rumple isn’t entirely to blame for his state. Show a little heart, lady: help the guy overcome his curse and find his son. She reminds me of Jacob.
Hmm, since Emma doesn’t seem likely to come to his rescue anytime soon, will Pinoccio try Regina next, or will he take Gold’s word for it that nobody has any magic?
In an early episode, Henry tore some pages out of the end of the book to keep Regina from seeing the. Emma threw those pages into a fire. Maybe Pinoccio’s story was in those pages.
