So….If Alice lives in Victorian England how does Knave live in modern Storybrooke….I’m confused. Does the Rabbit travel though time and space or something.
On Barbara Barnett’s latest episode of her radio show, she teased 302 a little bit. Here is a brief summary of what I got out of it: – The doll is not a voodoo doll, and it is an item that has emotional significance to him. We will find out the origin of the doll in this episode.
– She teases that Rumple had been in Neverland before, and that it’s likely he was there as a boy. She adds that Rumple was touched by magic prior to becoming the Dark One, which she heavily implies comes from her knowledge of what happens in this episode.
– Rumple’s dad is apparently mentioned and having abandoned Rumple, which Barbara at first thought was a new spoiler. This means we’ll likely get some new information related to this topic in this episode.
– She teases the Rumbelle moment that everyone else has already teased, and that it is glorious, scary and poignant. Sets up a lot for Rumple’s upcoming character arc. This is a lengthy scene, and it is longer than the Rumbelle moment in The Miller’s Daughter.
– There’s a very cool, bizarre and weird shadow moment.Oh boy this Episode is going rock. This also might build on the theory that Pan and Rumple were brothers. Also a glorious but yet scary Rumbelle moment….What happens, Rumple turns back into the Dark One or something. Either that or Lacey shows up (Shivers for a moment) Anyway wow. I bet that doll was Rumples and his dad gave it to him. Finally the shadow, I really want to know if it Peter’s or someone elses… like a great evils perhaps. Anyway can’t wait!

This stuck out to me, because we’ve seen that the Shadow dislikes fire. I know that PP was saying it in the sense of, “Oooo, you’re a feisty one,” but could it have had a double meaning, and it’s hinting at some rift between PP and the Shadow? PP likes Emma’s fire, because it’s gonna help to defeat the Shadow?
YES! That would fit with my theory that Peter Pan is cursed by his shadow similar to how Rumple is cursed by his dagger.
He’s either cursed by his shadow or “A SHADOW” Most likely his shadow. But if it is someone else shadow who’s is it. And does it just take the form of a human shadow?
