I think CaptainSwan and SwanFire are both going to happen. Neither one can be endgame without the other having been played out. As for which will be endgame, that remains to be seen. However, Neal betrayed Emma. No matter what his reasons, whether they were justified or not, a betrayal is still a betrayal. His actions have affected her life. She went to jail and now has trouble trusting people because of him. That aspect can’t just be ignored.

Yeah, but that’s what makes Neal/Emma more interesting than Hook/Emma to me, they have issues both internal and between themselves, that’s a great background for storytelling for the seasons to come, to see them slowly resolve them. Hook/Emma, on the other hand, I can’t see a storyline coming out of a lasting relationship of them that isn’t already being covered by Rumple/Belle, that is, the bad boy/guy that finds redemption by the love of a good-heartened girl.

And then there’s the question of what would qualify as a happily ever after for Hook. Back in the day, he seemed to me to be a man who didn’t want to become attached to a single place, who sought for adventures, to sail through the seas, to see the world. Milah too craved all that, and that’s what brought them to be in love with each other, but Emma wants the opposite, she wants a place to call home, and that’s in Storybrooke with her son and parents. Would a Hook who has fully let go of all the hatred that has driven his life since Milah’s death finds fullfillment in settling down? It’s possible, I guess, as people’s idea of a happily ever after can change over the course of a lifetime, but I’m more inclined to believe he’d want that life that drew Milah to him once again. Feel free to disagree with me.

If PP knew Henry was the boy he was after, why would he send him to Storybrooke? Why not kidnap him as a baby?

Maybe he had to be of a certain age? Ep 1 is called Heart of the Truest Believer, and if that does end up referring to Henry, well, babies don’t believe in anything. So maybe PP had to wait until such a time that that strength was sparked in Henry before he would become useful. If so, then the child had to be kept in a secure environment until such time, and SB was perfect for that. And that something that turned him into the “truest believer” was learning the story of his family and having to fight to prove the truth to Emma.

Which all cycles back to THO, controlled by PP, having controlled August’s actions in breaking up SF, because if they were a happy little family all living together, Henry wouldn’t have been put in that extreme situation he needed to be in to prove himself and become exactly the “true believer” that PP needed him to be. Perhaps?

I’m inclined to believe Henry was taken to Storybrooke by someone opposing Peter’s plans for him, it can’t be a coincidence that for 11 years Storybrooke was the one place on Earth that Henry could’ve grown up without being found by the Home Office agents.

Someone should send a tweet and asked if we had meet this person before. If this is Tink and she is 20, that Felix guy is what 28, and I can’t remember what PP casting call age but gee wiz I hope they aren’t going to try and pass the 20 year girl off to be younger then 20.

Felix is meant to be 16. The actor, however, is 26.

Demileto: would you be ok if I tried to fix that quote? It’s hard to read with all the code.

Be my guest. It was actually the forum that added that, and I have no idea why. 🙁

They can’t possibly show the whole pilot, it’s not even remotely completed. They might show the first act, though.

That said, I’m SO relieved OUATinWL is having a separate panel from OUAT, that way we can actually see questions answered about the sister show.

ETA: why did the board inserted that trash string? Any ideas?

Argh, seriously? Two and a half weeks after ONCE does the same? I want to know more about the sister show, darn it! 🙁

Yes, but they rarely use the true names of the characters that would be recognizable in the casting calls.

Yeah, but they HAVE used the true names of the characters when it’s no longer a secret that they or their stories will be touched upon in the series. Examples of this are the casting calls of Captain Hook and Prince Philip (cast weeks after Princess Aurora was).

As far as Rufio goes, all I can say is if it’s a placeholder name for someone else, they should have chosen a different name, because now there are quite a few fans excited about actual Rufio being on the show, and I imagine they’ll be quite disappointed if it’s not the case.

That’s how I feel about this as well.

Google Chrome is no longer showing the field where you type new messages for the chat box for me. I can still see it on Firefox and Internet Explorer, though.
