ParticipantGood luck with the transition. Hopefully we’ll get the forum back earlier than June 30! 🙂

ParticipantFunny you girls mentioned the Duke, because I’ve begun to question if there’s more to him than we’ve been led to believe. For all the constant suspicion that the Blue Fairy may be this big mastermind, it was really the Duke’s war with the ogres that put all the events of the show in motion, a war that took many years and a great body toll when it could’ve ended very quickly if only he ordered Zoso to crush the opposition; Rumple certainly had no trouble to do it once he became the Dark One. Also, the Seer was conveniently positioned in the front lines when Rumple needed to hear all her words of doom and then mysteriously disappeared once her job was done. Odd much?
Here’s a thought-provoking thought: what if Peter Pan IS the Duke?

ParticipantIf they intended Belle to be pregnant of Rumple they’d have showed us a scene heavily suggesting an incoming sexual intercourse between the characters, which did not happen in any season 2 episode. Also, it’s too early in the show’s lifetime for the characters to deal with a baby and Rumbelle is not emotionally ready to have one – if any baby storyline is going to happen before the series finale it’ll be for Snowing, they’ve been in that state since the Pilot.

why do people insist that it is Peter Pan who is the wicked one? Peter Pan sounds to me like a worker for HIM whoever HE is. (even Rumpel is afraid of HIM – he doesn’t know HIS name)
“Peter Pan never fails” sounds to me like he is just the shadow who delivers the children to HIM. and he never fails to deliver the children to HIM.
not only that, I feel that PP is a victim himself! after all, he is only a shadow which means that his shadow was rrrrrripped from him…Peter Pan is not a shadow, the shadow is Peter Pan’s. Adam and Eddy already said that he’ll be played by a new male actor, he’s not going to be a CGI character. And nothing so far points to being a bigger baddie controlling Peter Pan, so yes, Peter Pan IS our villain. That, however, doesn’t mean that he’ll be evil; that heavily depends on his backstory, and I doubt he’ll have one that won’t bring a ton of sympathy to him.

Given how we’re dealing with Peter Pan mythology in the first few episodes, I think she’d more likely to be Tinkerbell, no?
Unless she’s on OUATinWL, of course.
As for Tink: being a pixie/fairy I’d imagine they might cast someone younger, like early 20s to pull off that sass that is Tink. Blue can be older because she is supposed to wiser and more powerful.Oh, good points! 🙂

ParticipantOh, I’d definitely like to have Belle and Alice to meet! 🙂

ParticipantInteresting. Hopefully this isn’t another Lana Macneil. 😀

I think the Lancelot isn’t dead thing comes from the official podcast where they heavily implied that we shouldn’t trust Cora and we never actually saw what happened to Lancelot
Don’t know if it was in one of the podcasts, but I can say for sure it was in one of the Lightning Rounds.

I could have sworn we heard something ages ago about him possibly coming to SB and interacting with Henry and then nothing happened.
I think that was just the actor diverting our attention to the fact that Lancelot didn’t have a SB counterpart. For the same reason he also said that he knew Lancelot’s SB name but couldn’t say.

Given that Rumple is such a diva anyway, he’d be Mad Madam Mim. Plus MMM is the one who “bends” the rules about no purple dragons.

I feel like the only Charming backstory they could do isn’t really about Charming but his father–we don’t know anything about him. We thought all this time that he was a farmer, but what if he’s more? Could Charming’s father be connected to the NL myth at all?
That’s how I feel as well, I can’t see Charming being anything more than a random nobody prior to Rumple getting him to double for his brother. Maybe Charming is a descendant from Peter Pan’s brother? Barrie did originally intended to give Peter one, but ended up scrapping him completely: http://neverpedia.com/pan/Michael_Pan
